Loved every minute - Absolutely brilliant day from pick up to drop off. Pig Island was wonderful - the day was seamless and tan very smoothly.

Nice varied trip - Despite bad weather still enjoyed the beautiful trip. It took a while, but eventually I saw dolphins. And lots and lots of pigs!

Such a fun day out - Had such a great time! I went as a solo traveller and found it easy enough to make friends. The pink dolphins didn't come out on the day I was there, which was fine. The pigs were super cute though! So many tiny little brand new piglets running around :)

A brilliant day out - A beautiful 30 minute boat trip to go to see the pink dolphins. Guide was very clear that viewing wasn't guaranteed but they definitely tried hard to find them. At the final stop to look for them we had success!!!! Then back to snorkeling. This was a little murky due to the wind but still enough to see. We then made a quick trip to pig island. The trip finished with a simple and delicious lunch. Our guide was super knowledgeable with a great sense of humour, which made the day even more enjoyable. Would totally recommend this day trip

Soft drinks are not... - Very nice trip with a relatively small group. Food was very good. Soft drinks (only water) are not included, although it’s metioned. The guides really try to find the dolphins and do not lure them.

On the whole great experience but take some hand sanitiser - It was easy to book and communication with company was very good. We were picked up promptly and taken to the boat. The boat seemed well maintained and the ride was great fun. Because it was so full it made it a little difficult to see the dolphins but we did manage to catch a glimpse of them. We saw lots of fish when we were snorkelling but there was quite a strong current and it took quite a bit of effort to return to the boat. Pig island was really nice with lots of friendly pigs to see but the toilets on the island were not very clean and there was only one sink with soap to wash your hands. Lunch was decent and there was plenty to eat. On the whole a very good trip.

Better ways to spend your day in Samui - First of all, the tour experience is really good. The transport is very high quality and efficient and when you get to the operator HQ the setup is very good. The staff also are excellent, very kind and great with kids. We did the dolphin / pig island trip. The journey to see the dolphins was rough - about an hour there in total and these boats are fast. The water was choppy and the experience was very unpleasant for all, several people were sick. Again, not the operators fault but you should be aware of this before booking if you get travel / sea sick. When we got to the dolphin area we spotted a few, dipping in and out of the water. Unfortunately due to the design of the boats it was difficult to see (apart from an open section of the boat which was full). For the journey there and back (nearly two hours on rough/choppy waters) I don’t think I would do this again. We then did a snorkelling stop off which nobody seemed that bothered about and the water was too murky to really see anything. Then we arrived at pig island. My wife and daughter loved this but in reality it is an absolute tourist trap hell hole - it’s nice to see the pigs but the island is covered in pig muck and there isn’t really more than about 30 mins worth of pig watching to do. If I could do it again I would just opt for a private charter to pig island and back in a couple of hours. This was supposed to be a half day tour but we left at 8am and arrived back at the hotel after 3pm. Again, the staff, setup fantastic… but the tour was meh

Lovely seeing the pigs roam freely beautiful beach - Sadly we never seen the Dolphins the ride was very choppy . We then to see the pigs it was lovely again didn't get to long on the island but it was lovely interacting with the pigs. Back on board and returned to have a lovely lunch which was included. The guys on the boat looked after you. Bottled water available

Price performance do not match. - Positive was the punctual pickup, the friendliness of the crew and the condition of the speedboat. Unfortunately we had quite bad weather and it was hard to find the Define, but the team really tried and we found a group of dolphins as well. Nevertheless, the following points have brought me to my evaluation: - the description of the tour was faulty and misleading. There was a lot of information missing, such as whether to bring your own towel. On board there was only water included, everything else you had to pay extra. - Before you were allowed on board, you had to take off your shoes and hand them in. Unfortunately you only got them back at the end, so you had to walk everywhere without shoes. On the island at the snorkel stop, however, there were eg many shards... otherwise the beach was very littered on closer inspection. - lunch is not as described at stop 2, but only at the very end. At about 13:30-14:00. Since the pickup happens very early and there is nothing else to eat, I recommend everyone to take something to eat. - there was no safety instruction on board. Where the life jackets are etc. Unfortunately, all the other explanations were also incomprehensible. The boat was completely full and so only the people who sat close to the guide understood what. - the lunch at the end was then quite rushed, as the buses were already ready and you were then asked to the bus. Compared to other tours in Thailand, I would have expected something different for the price!

Charged additional ‘fees’ and Viator suck - Absolute scam by Viatour and this tour company. Viatour claim all fees and charges paid for yet they made us pay cash for ‘entry fee’ at the dock. We were refused a receipt, and Viatour agent was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I queried this. I took very limited cash due the nature of the excursion and having to pay extra impacted our day. Viator couldn’t care less and was deliberately difficult and rude. Two stars only for the boat crew. We saw dolphins and the pigs were cute, but the snorkelling was a waste of time due to low tide, they should have another site for when it’s low tide, and the included ‘lunch’ was back at the dodgy restaurant who charge ld the extra fees at the end. I’d have bought lunch at Pig Island if I have thad to pay fees from the cash I took, all in all it was very disappointing. Better service and honesty with other booking providers, and I absolutely will never boo with Viatour again after their ‘customer service’ agents disgraceful attitude.
