Hydra is the nicest of... - Hydra is the nicest of the three islands. I do not recommend visiting the Apollo temple on Aegina. The buffet was good

Such a cool experience - Went with a few friends and had an awesome time! The islands are beautiful, and the staff are super friendly! We had the pleasure of Spiros serving us during our trip and he was great. Very attentive and considerate all day. Georgia the cruise manager is wonderful, too - she speaks so many languages and is so accommodating! Highly recommend.

Short time visit - It’s a very good one day cruise to visit 3 islands especially if you have a short period of time in Athens.

Very good solo journey. - I was somewhat late in reaching but the staff waited for me and help me board the ship. The service was excellent, and the ship was very spacious and easy to move around on all decks.

A Long but Worthwhile Day - It is a long day with a lot of walking, but worth it! It was interesting to see the differences in these three islands and if you're only in Greece a short time it is a great way to really get a feel for life on the water. We took this tour the day before we started a seven day cruise and felt like we really go to taste Greece at its best. The ship going to the three islands was very crowded so you'll either have to put up with it or opt to upgrade your ticket to VIP status. The staff tried very hard to accommodate everyone.

Not as Expected and Overbooked! - This is my review of the Evermore Cruises Cosmos trip. I just want to preface this by saying that I was looking for a calm, peaceful excursion to make memories with my family, and I am not trying to be ungrateful but rather tell you how I felt if you decide to read this and decide if you want to take this cruise. This isn't in a great order, but just in order of what we experienced how I remember it happening. So, I also want to say that while our trip had certain occurrences that may not be encountered by others, here are a few things that we experienced. Here we begin! Our first big thing was that we had a worker ask us if we could pay cash because the credit card system's signal was not functioning, and then she looked in our wallets as we were finding cash and she asked us for one of the bills we had--we found this extremely unprofessional and made us question our sense of security on the boat, before we even departed from the dock. After we had this experience, we went to another area of the ship (we were on the outside deck, went inside), and for our cleanliness standards and general opinions, we came to one word to describe the inside--shabby. There were stains on seats, hair and crumbs everywhere, and we got the overall conclusion that the ship had not been adequately cleaned. While we do understand that cleanliness standards and other things of the sort are different in Europe and America (we live in the U.S.), we just thought that a sweep and wipe down would be minimal, especially for the amount we were charged and that this was a tourist experience. This brings me to my next point of how this was not worth what we were charged. We were on the ship and islands for a total of 11 hours for the full experience. You might think that this would mean a guaranteed seat for each guest, we did too. We got there at the time we were asked to--right on time, at a very early time in the morning, and the three deck, multi-section "cruise" ship, almost had no room for us. At 7:20am., we had to scour this massive ship just for an area for our family of 4 to sit without feeling cramped, or like it would be hard to breathe without claustrophobia. We did find an area in an non-air conditioned space on the outside exposed upper deck, with a decent amount of space, but soon enough, a very large, and very inconsiderate teenage student touring travel group invaded our space! They even took a chair from our table without asking, when one of my family members went to use the restrooms (there aren't many, by the way, and you can't flush anything besides waste--no, not even toilet paper--down these toilets), and they were also very disruptive, loud, and just bothersome to our family trip. Though this was out of our control, and may not speak for everyone's cruise, this sure put a damper in our experience, and if you have a similar one, it might do the same to yours, especially if the staff or tour/group leaders don't tell them to quiet down or find their own space. This all made us feel a bit like our experience almost didn't matter as much as theirs, which, for obvious reasons, can put a negative cloud over a trip like this, particularly when you have no choice but to stay in this enclosed space with the same people for 11+ hours! We also found that the stops were not long enough. We stopped on three different, beautiful greek islands. One might hope to get to experience these islands in a leisurely fashion, but even if they give you, say, 1.5 hours, factoring in disembarking time (up to 15 min. for us) and reembarking time--20min. before departure (if you want to get a seat again, you have to take an extra 20min. to get back), you may get just an hour, possibly less. I get that they have to do this in a timely manner, but have enough PROPER seats for everyone, please! When we got back from one of our island stops, we were offered lunch, as promised on our reservation. As many people know, buffet lunches, especially on ships like these, aren't particularly glamorous ones. However, we expected food that wasn't vomit inducing. We did take a glance at the food and lunch situation, and the amount of room for eating. When I tell you that eating was back to back, arm to arm, and just too many chairs stuffed into a room, I'm not exaggerating. I was touching, shoulder to shoulder, with people who had just been swimming. I lost my appetite, and had to take my 20mins. (out of the 45 promised minutes) on one of the islands to purchase lunch at a restaurant. This was fine, but if we paid for a lunch-included cruise, give us a good lunch situation! And please, don't look forward to the on-board "boutique"--and don't count on it. You likely won't find anything unless you were looking for a limited selection of ruffled dresses. P.S.: a couple misconceptions I had about the booking--the swimming is for an additional cost on the tour, you will not get history about each island but instead just be able to see them and the only announcements made will be to tell you when you are pulling into each destination/stop, and finally, (this isn't really a misconception but just something you may like to know), on my tour, they spoke Greek, French, Spanish, and English for intercom announcements, but there are people from many different cultures that I'm sure can translate if needed. To conclude from my 'lecture', I just want to say that there were many issues I experienced on my journey--overpopulation, poor service and organization, lack of care in many aspects of planning and lack of care for individual guests/their experiences, and just overall not quite what we were expecting. Some simple solutions would be to not over book, offer for people to choose designated seats for them when booking (that they choose), and also doing their best to being convenience to as many passengers as possible. There were the ups of being able to see greek islands with my family, of course, but this review was more to tell you of some things I would have liked to know from others before choosing to book.

You need to do better Viator - I was given erroneous pick up information and wasn’t notified of the actual pick up location until 15 minutes before the excursion. I reported this to Viator and they never replied and charged me anyway.

Not enough chairs or places to put a chair. - Overcrowed! There are stacks of chsirs, you have to get chair and find a spot to place it. Your are right on top of other people. Insane! Some people left standing. The islands are beautiful but poros was only 45 min stop. Only enough time to shop, too short , then you need to get back on early if you want to get a chair. Better off buying a fast boat ticket, only takes 1 hr, 20 min. And then stay as long as you want.

Was not picked up and no refund - I was not picked up at the Hotel. I was in the lobby waiting and no one showed up. I have a video testimonial from the doorman on the morning of the travel that viator did not show up. I have contested and a refund was refused even though we did not travel to the islands and I want a full refund. I will contact my cc and better business bureau. I have travelled many times with Viator and this was very unfortunate
