Nice trip with good guide. - Beautiful tour of the fishing village and the lake. We had a lot of fun and it was interesting to see how the villagers live. Our tour guide had a lot to tell and we enjoyed listening to him.

Nice tour with fine guide who spoke fine English. Booked last minute.
We were so satisfied that 2 days later we made another tour with Dat ; extra day to Angkor . He actually had another appointment that day but his office arranged for us to go out with him again, very nice!
He also gave enough information at Angkor but did not overload us with years and difficult names. He sensed how much we wanted to know. It was 2 very successful trips.

A totally different way of life and well worth seeing - The floating village as a must see. You travel by local boat up to the village and also get the opportunity to walk around the village in the parts above water. We then went out onto the main lake to watch the sun go down. There were life vests available on the boat but not compulsory. The locals are friendly and happy for you to take pictures etc.
all the boats head back at the same time after the sun sets so a little chaotic but it added to the fun experience. Well worth doing to see and understand how the towns people live and Lin was great at explaining.

Awesome half day afternoon tour! - We had a fantastic tour of the floating village with JB and so glad we went in the afternoon because that meant there were less tour boats on the river and lake and we got to watch the sunset from the lake. JB was super knowledgeable and we learned a ton about the way of life of the people living in the stilted homes and floating village. It was awesome to see the village come to life in the evening as the sun went down on our ride back, too. Excellent experience, highly recommend!
