Unmissable experience! - Ann was an exceptional host. Her passion and knowledge was fantastic. The food was absolutley delicious and felt that it gave us a real taste of Shanghai. I am a pescatarian and was able to enjoy lots of vegetarian dishes. Ann also went above and beyond with different recommendations and advice for other activities in Shanghai. Couldn't recommend this tour enough!

Amazing Food and good company - The food was amazing. Our tour guide, Young was friendly and knowledgeable. We also met some cool people on the tour. Loved trying the different food from Shanghai and learning some of history. Highly recommend this tour for people visiting Shanghai.

Excellent food! - We have tried lots of food and all of them are very delicious. Our guide was great and she gave us the background of the food and interesting stories.

Wonderful Stroll and Savor in the French Concession - Had a wonderful stroll and savor through Shanghai’s French Concession with Cloris as our guide. We enjoyed stops at several restaurants which had tables set for our small group and the delicious food was served promptly. You will definitely get a variety of dishes throughout the night, topped off with a nice dessert and a stop at a local tap house. Very enjoyable evening.

Great food + Amazing guide - After living in Shanghai for almost a year is was so much fun to try some new local restaurants!
Samantha was knowledgeable and took great care of the group… and the food was absolutely delicious.

Highly Recommend LostPlate's Revamped Evening Tour in Shanghai! - What a fantastic tour! I've lived in Shanghai for 8+ years now but rarely get to be a "tourist in my own home," this experience helped me realize why I love living in this city! Ann was our guide, and she made everyone feel comfortable. She was funny, insightful, and well-prepared! We left feeling full and satisfied from an evening of good chats, a beautiful stroll, and excellent food/drink. 10/10 recommend if you have friends/family visiting you in Shanghai or if you're passing by the city and have a short time to explore!

Delicious tour of the French Concession - What a fun way to get to see the French Comcession area of Shanghai! We are sooooo much food and each dish was absolutely delicious. Our guide, Cloris, was friendly and very knowledgeable - we had no idea it was her first tour as she was very confident and knew so much about each local restaurant.
Make sure you arrive hungry!

Wonderful experience. I want to try their other tours now - A friend took me on this tour and it was a great way to identify and taste amazing local food. My friend was a vegetarian but she was accommodated for perfectly. It was raining that night so they had a few cancellations so there was just the two of us and the two guides, which worked out well. Great food, great stories and great experience.
