Great time ! - The chef "Mike" is very smiling. The course itself is very good. The difficulty is the concentration to close the ravioli in an aesthetic way. The only solution is practice...personally I practice with modeling clay. The chef gives valuable advice throughout the course. I highly recommend this course 👍

Fun and delicious experience - Our instructor was Chef Linda and she was great with us. We made xiao long bao (a steamed soup dumplings filled with pork) and Shanghai-style fried spring rolls. These spring rolls pack a lot of flavor from a small bit of pork, cabbage, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. The trick to making anything fired healthier and light is to have your cooking oil on high heat and only fry for 10 seconds until spring roll wrapper turns golden brown. Both were delicious and we ended up with lots of leftovers.

Chef Mike is the best! - Two friends and I did this cooking class on September 13, 2018 and we could not have had a better experience! Chef Mike is a fantastic cook and a wonderful teacher. He is also really fun to hang out with! His kitchen facility is awesome and has everything you need. We chose to make the pork dumplings and sesame balls and both turned out great. Chef Mike also gives you the recipes so that you can make them at home, and I plan to make them in the next few weeks. This class was great and I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

This is a steal - I haven't seen cooking class prices this low anywhere, and Mike was so good! Witty, didn't rush us, clearly thought out how he'd explain everything beforehand, very patient with our distractable teen who divided into halves three times, and wound up with 13 pieces instead of 16... Was just the 4 of us and Mike, calm location. Produced enough to fill everyone, gave us free beer to wash it down and take out boxes to bring some to my brother. Would go again.

Delicious and Easy to Follow - We made locally flavored soup dumplings and egg rolls at a very nicely set up kitchen. The room is a little tricky to find from the street....not many signs. However, once you get inside, it's done in an industrial style kitchen, the cook and teacher speaks good English and is very patient to help you with some delicious recipes!
