Great walking tour of an historical area of DC - Dan was a great tour guide. He gave us a thorough history of embassy/millionaires row that included little known facts and stories. And he presented the history and stories with a lot of enthusiasm.

Dupont Circle and amazing embassy buildings - We got to see the heart of Washington's dupont circle on this tour. Embassies are all old mansions which we enjoyed seeing snd learning about mainly from the outside. The stories are just amazing of all the wealthy families.

Learned so much! - This is a fascinating tour. Learned a lot about why the big houses were built and why they were ultimately turned into embassies. Many interesting stories about different houses, sculptures, and historical events that happened at some of the embassies. Definitely worth the time!

Go for a walk and learn a new area! - We had a wonderful time and learned an incredible amount about the history and impact of embassies in the US. Looking at the historic homes and residences was fascinating. Our tour guide was knowledgable, engaging and customized our two hour walk around our interests. 10/10 would highly recommend if your interests align with history, foreign governments and/or architecture.
