Overall great - Round Taiwan is a great company, James & Grace are super engaging with a high level of customer delight. Look for Jeffrey the superlative guide. If you want to learn both history, culture, and modern day Taiwan in a light, fun style he’s your guy.

A lovely Taiwan day - We had a fabulous day tour with Jeffrey Peng as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and really enhanced our experience. The Geopark is interesting and set against a lovely ocean backdrop. The Jifuen experience was excellent with hundreds of food, souvenirs, and other stores teaming with tourists. Some beautiful views also. The Shifen waterfall was also very much worth it. Lastly, we lit our lanterns and set our wishes into the sky! I would highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Jeffrey.

Yehliu - Joseph was amazing he was very informative. We had a great time at Jiufen, Shifen waterfall, the Yehliu geopark and the Pingxi lanterns. We didn’t light and send off a lantern because we didn’t think it was good for the environment. He was very knowledgeable about Taiwan history and we enjoyed listening to him.

Great day out!! - I enjoyed this excursion to the various locations! We were given plenty of time to explore on our own and the driver, Jeffrey, had a lot of good information about the destinations and Taiwan in general. I booked the Mandarin tour and can understand Chinese fine but he was accommodating to those that couldn't and spoke decent English for their understanding. Getting to try the different foods at Jiufen was a highlight for me. Thanks!!

I love you Jefferey - This tour was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Jefferey was extremely friendly, professional, smart, and helpful. He told us great stories about Taiwan and gave us amazing suggestions and recommendations on what to do and where to go. The tour group was small, about 5 people, and we went to multiple locations. Overall Id recommend this tour, ask for Jefferey!

Great look at stuff outside of Taipei - Fun trip to see different things outside of Taipei. The guide/driver was professional and gave us ample time for each locations. The guide also gave us recommendations for good photos, food, and any other requests we had at the different stops. The locations were interesting, though we went on a bad day with rain so it was hard to get great pictures. But it has peaked my interested and I will definitely go to the locations again.

Great Trip Out With A Wonderful Driver - Kenny greeted us and was very polite. He explained the tour well and gave us some suggestions for lunch at Jiufen. The rain was quite heavy at times and Kenny is always at the door with umbrellas ready for use. Overall, a nice trip and Kenny was a great driver keeping all of safe.

Horrible experience. - This is the worse tour I had from Viator due to the fact that I had booked for an English speaking tour guide, but had a Mandarin tour guide. It turns out he had to use an English/Mandarin translation app to communicate with us. We didn’t know where we were going and what the significance of the places. Our driver tried his hardest to communicate, but rarely spoke through out our tour. He was more of a chauffeur than a tour guide. Nice driver.
