- Wadi Rum Village - What are we going to do?\n\nDuring 8h jeep tour in Wadi Rum you will be in the Protected Area of the desert, and you will experience the most relevant and beautiful places of the Valley.\n\nYou will be able to see camels, drink Bedouin tea and also sandboard in the sand dunes of the Wadi Rum desert, and you will see incredible and unique landscapes, and one of the most beautiful things to do in the desert, you will see the sundown in this one and only scenario. \n\nYou will visit the Lawrence Spring, the Khazali Canyon, the Little Rock Bridge, Lawrence House, the Mushroom rock, the Burdah Rock Bridge, the Abu Khashaba Canyon, Um Frouth Rock Bridge and we will end the tour watching the sundown. \n\nOur starting point is the Wadi Rum Rest House in the Wadi Rum village which is located about 7 km from the Visitor Center. And also we can pick you in the camp. \n\nOnce we finish the tour we will drop you back to the Visitor Center. You can also agree with us to return to your camp.

Wadi Rum provides an unparalleled experience as it’s the only distinct desert on earth. You get a chance to witness the blend of red and white sand desert and perform sandboarding on the red dunes. You may also choose to trek on one of the picturesque mountains present in this unique environment and watch the sunset or sundown, with the moon either taking its rest or beginning its night’s journey. Camel rides amidst these stunning landscapes are also an option, as is feeding the free-roaming camels in the desert from the jeep, if they approach you. Setting foot in the sand of Wadi Rum will entrain your eyes with an exquisite spectrum of colors. Best of all, you can experience all of this in the company of the original inhabitants of the Wadi Rum desert, the Bedouin, who have been here for centuries.

Wadi Rum Rest House
Once in the ticket office in Wadi Rum Visitor Center, tell the person that will attend you that you have a booking with our company. Then, you will go from The Wadi Rum Visitor Center to the Rest House in Wadi Rum Village.

Inspiring experience - It was an incredible journey! We spent one night on the desert, and had a full day trip. If we could make a decision again we would spend more time there because this place is magical. I'm so grateful for that. Fares is a great guide, if you choose his camp, you won't regret it. One remarkable day in the dessert - We visited all 'must see' places in a 'tailored' way. Our guide was open to our requests and suggestions. The trip and views were awesome. Contact with Maria fast and concrete. She perfecly addressed our needs:) The experience worth any penny.

Magical experience - I contacted Maria to arrange the experience of jeep tour in Wadi Rum. She was super helpful explaining all the options and very flexible with our needs. When we arrived a friendly local guide welcomed us on a cool 4x4 taking us to the best spots and explaining us many interesting facts of this wonderful place.

Magical - It was a great experience to explore the Wadi Rum and we are happy we've done it with Fares's team. We've made the 2 days tour and overnight. Our tour guide was Rashid, a very nice and funny guy and also a perfect driver. He showed us many different places around the desert and explained us a lot about bedouin culture. In the evening, once we arrived at the camp, we had dinner and we ate traditional bedouin food, it was delicious, the best one we've tried in Jordan. We spent great time eating and talking all together around the fireplace. After dinner we watched the stars for a while and then we slept in a tent for the first time in our life, it was an incredible experience. We recommend this tour because we think it would be hard to find better hospitality than this. Thank you very much for everything!

Wonderful - Thanks to Maria, Sabba and Fares for introducing us to the desert. With the full day tour, we have discovered a wonderful land with wonderful people, we have always felt welcome in every place we visited. Even though it is a desert camp, we haven't felt the lack of facilities.

Amazing experience. Beyond our expectations - Unforgettable experience in Fares desert camp. Hosting was very warm, food was awesome. Camp was clean and comfortable. Host made us forget about the outside world and fall into bedouin lifestyle for a short time. Special thanks to Sabah, the best guide and driver in the desert :) Strong desert man and Star ;)

Yusuf is king of the desert - This is the best guiding service we’ve had in Rum if not the whole of Jordan! Shukran Fares and Maria and especially Yusuf “king of the desert” - an amazing guide who will not steer you wrong with his local knowledge.

Wadi Rum jeep tour and one-night stay at Fares Camp - I went there with my friends, first they invited us to drink tea, we talked with the beduin guy and then he did us the tour. He showed us the most relevant parts of the desert and he took us to the best place to watch th sunset. I would highly recommend doing it because it was the best activity we did in our trip to Jordan. We also stayed in the camp where they cooked us dinner and breakfast. The beduins were very kind with all the foreigners and the place was very conforting. I would repeat staying here for sure!
There is also a Spanish girl working there (Maria) and since we were a group of Spanish people it was really great that we met her and learnt about her experience.

Wadi Rum Jeep Tour and Overnight Stay in Bedouin Camp - I would highly recommend my experience with Fares and Maria taking me on an overnight camp stay and a jeep tour of the Wadi Rum desert. Really authentic experience and lots of really interesting insights into the local area.
Unmissable part of a trip to Jordan and great to find such friendly helpful guides.
