- Jabal Umm ad Dami - Jabal Umm Ad Dani - After pickup in Wadi Rum Village or Visitor Center, we will travel with our guide into the highest mountain in Jordan close to the Saudi Arabia border, at 1832 m. This journey to Jebal umm ad Dami will take one hour or approximately 40 km from the pick-up point. This is a magnificent drive through the valley of wadi rum and crossing the beautiful lovely wadi saabit.
At Jabel um ad Dami, you’ll have a guided hike to the top and then a rest which usually takes around 4 hours. At the rest, our guide will also start cooking your lunch while having a dessert picnic in a nice secluded area.

This exciting experience combines remarkable landscapes with an exhilarating hike to the top of the highest mountain in Jordan, standing proudly at 1832m and bordering Saudi Arabia.
Admire the panoramic scenery across the boundless desert mountain ranges of southern Wadi Rum and north-western Saudi Arabia. Once the hike is done, rejuvenate with a warm beverage and meal before carrying onto the desert. Visit a spring in Qatar nestled within the white-covered wilderness of Wadi Rum, and take in the tranquil valleys from multiple viewpoints before heading back for a sunset return to the campsite for an overnight stay.
This excursion lasts for 8 hours and includes both a tour and hike. Witness the beautiful night display in the heart of the desert alongside your guide, gather around a bonfire and savor a homemade Bedouin feast cooked beneath the sand, all included in this extraordinary experience.
