The tour itinerary is misleading but Mr Ehab made sure I had a complete and amazing trip - The visits were all amazing, but not because of the itinerary. It is really impossible to spend a full 3 hours in Petra + 2 hours in Wadi Rum + 1 hour in the Dead Sea when the sun sets at 6.15pm+. The tour package is misleading. I had to cut short my visits to Petra and Wadi Rum to have a chance to catch the Dead Sea. However, the driver - Mr Ehab Abu Saif - made the visits amazing. He was an instant uncle the moment I met him. He would go the extra mile to make sure I got to experience the best. When he learned I liked tea, he stopped to buy me traditional tea. When I had problems with my ATM card, Mr Ehab even helped me through it so that I did not miss my adventure. He shared many stories and showed me a lot of other things along the way, so I felt like I knew Jordan a lot more by the end of the day, and it made me want to come back. Mr Ehab tried very hard to make it to the Dead Set just before sunset, so I managed to get nice photos and videos. Thank you, Mr Ehab, for a long but memorable trip!

Awesome Day Trip to Petra and Wadi Rum - We were very fortunate to meet Mr Mohammed Jazara at the Movenpick Hotel's tour desk while looking for a day trip to Petra. He offered us a combined Petra-Wadi Rum sunset/Bedouin dinner tour and promptly picked us up at 7am the next morning as promised. It was a long day but we loved every minute and especially enjoyed Mohammed's company and historical insights. The car we used was in great shape and had good A/C. We highly recommend this tour company.

I had a great drive, and... - I had a great drive, and a beautifull day în Petra. My driver waited for me at the exact time. One Day before, my pick-up hour was conformed by the company and all the details about it.

One day trip to Petra - The assigned driver is friendly, helpfully and good in communication. He drove safely and advise the joinery along the way.

Weekend in Aqaba with day tours to Petra and Wadi Rum - We had a weekend in Aqaba entering and leaving Jordan via the Israeli border next to Aqaba. we took a day trip to Petra and then another half day in Wadi Rum. Mazen was our driver throughout this period. Mazen was extremely pleasant, always arriving ahead of time and providing us with a VIP service. He took care of the security agent in the border, booked for us a tour in Wadi Rum, took us to restaurants along the way and more. This level of service definitely took this trip to a different level.

Highly Recommended - We used Sahee from Retaj Tours for both our arrival and return airport transfers from the Movenpick in Aqaba and also to drive us up to Petra for the day. Clean, comfortable cars each time. Sahee's driving is excellent and we felt very safe travelling with him. He reassured us through all the various security checkpoints that are part of life in Jordan and also gave us loads of advice about the best way to navigate our way around Petra. As English people we can often be a bit suspicious of driving services located in hotel lobbies as they can be overpriced but this is not the case here - great value for great service.
