The pick up time was... - The pick up time was changed quite late the night before (email was received after 10.30pm). On the day there was an initial mix up on the tour I’d booked which did get resolved after my first stop at a vineyard. The timings of the tour did get a little rushed as I only had 20 mins to enjoy the final wine tasting which was a shame as the location and wine was lovely.

Don't do it! Worst tour experience ever!!! - I never feel strongly enough to write a review for anything - except for this time. This is the worst tour experience I ever had, and it was a complete waste of money. The tour was suppose to start at 1pm and it was postponed to 3pm (which is fine). The day of the tour, I received a message saying that the tour will further postpone to 5pm. The driver/ tour guide did not show up until 5:20pm. When we get into the van, I asked where are we are heading first, and his answer was "lots of places". After driving for 35 minutes, we finally arrived at the Wine museum (5:55pm). The guide took us in to the reception area and based on the reaction of the people at the front desk, it seems like this was not a pre-arranged tour. The employees at the museum were nice and served us as if we were any walk-in customers. [NOTE: the tour does not include anything. We had to pay the admission fee and wine at the museum]. We spent 30 minutes tasting 4 wines and walk through a self-guided audio tour while our paid-guide was sitting outside (very awkward). After that, we headed back into the van, and once again, I asked "where are we heading". He mumbled something about "... seeing the sunset". Next thing I know, we arrived at Santo Wines. It was lovely there, but once again, we had no reservation and nothing was pre-arranged. The employees at Santo Wine was very confused by this man/driver/guide, and pretty much told us we have no reservation but they will sit us (just like any regular walk in customer). It was very nice at Santo Wines but we could have just went there ourselves without paying for this tour. We were there for about an hour (again, the tour does not include anything, we paid Santo Wines directly just like any regular customer), and headed back into the van. I asked the driver where we are going next, and he said, back to the hotel. I was super surprised because the tour is suppose to include 3 to 4 wineries. I inquired about that, and he said, "okay, maybe we try this place next door" (super awkward). We drove for 5 minutes, arrived to some winery (he didn't tell us the name of the place); the employees told us we don't have any reservation and they are closing at 8pm (within less than 30 minutes), and therefore, cannot sit us. It was so very embarrassing and strange. Anyway, back to the van once again, confused. Next thing I know, we are back near our hotel. The driver told us there are traffics ahead and probably best we just jump-out from the van right there on the side of the street and walk back ourselves. I was actually glad that this nightmare was finally over. What a waste of time and money. I don't know what other people do, but I only have very limited time to vacation in Santorini and the time wasted was worse than the $300 we wasted. When we are back at the hotel, I messaged Viator and shared my feedback via online chat. ***within 5 minutes, i received angry messages asking why I complained followed by 3 calls via Whatsapp from the tour provider!!!!! I did not pick up of course, but I was so scared by this confrontation. The 3rd time they called me, I seriously considered calling the police because I felt threaten and they know the hotel I am staying at. I actually lost sleep the next 2 nights thinking someone may come and confront me in person. What a horrible experience! ***PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! The actual experience does not match the description and you will be wasting your time and money
