Famous as one of the most beautiful forts on the Adriatic. It was built on the islet of Ljuljevac, to which people eventually paved the way, and access to the fortress is now possible by land.
At the time of its construction, in 1540, it cost as much as half of Dalmatia, 40,000 ducats. The builders of the fortress are the distinguished Venetian Sanmicheli family.

Excellent - We went with a family of four (kids 10 and 12). Booking and confirmation was really easy and communication was sound. The greeting we had was warm and friendly and the guide gave information in lots of different languages. The vessel is comfortable, journey was gentle and informative. If you only want to visit the waterfalls it is quicker to go by car but not as good. The fresh mussels, fully stocked bar and super friendly guide made this a special experience and well worth the money. 😁

Engaging, Beautiful - Excellent trip. The tour company did an excellent job giving you information while travelling to the park. The guide in charge of the boat was polite and funny and very engaging. We got a shot and some muscle to taste if you wanted, and they came around explaining the way we were travelling. The park itself is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth a visit before us touristst completely spoil it

Super nice! Highly recommended! - The trip was definitely worth the price! We were out from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The crew is super nice, the boat trip was very nice and the national park is beautiful. During the trip, fresh mussels are delivered to the boat by fishermen, which are then deliciously prepared on board. That's really cool! You get to see beautiful places during the entire trip.

A great day with the family - Great boat, friendly crew, and a perfect day trip for a family of five with grown-up kids between 17 and 21. Beautiful scenery, even though there was quite a lot of people at the waterfall..

Good trip would recommend - Overall we enjoyed this trip, felt like we had enough time to enjoy the falls, walk around the boardwalk and grab an ice cream. Stopping for muscles and fresh bread was also nice. We did the all inclusive drinks which personally it was worth it as we had a fair few beers ( on tap). Most people didn’t do all inclusive and it seems they were unaware that was offered. You get a wrist band which denotes if you are all inclusive. Boat was ok, had indoor area downstairs and upstairs area covered so in shade plus some seating which wasn’t covered including deckchairs. Only thing is chairs upstairs are hard so not the most comfortable. Toilets on board. Boat picks up in Vodice harbour but does a second stop at the jetty near Olympia which is handy if you are staying there. Also stops at Sibenik (but if you get on there you will obviously have less seating choice) Destina is the main boat operator in Vodice, you can book there, they have many booths near the harbour. We negotiated a 10% discount as we brought the all inclusive for two boat trips (Krka and koronati). Only negative is they shut the bar while doing the mussels which they don’t tell you about so you can’t grab a drink until the mussels are done but on this tour they didn’t shut it too long. Staff all friendly Would recommend overall.

Breathtaking Falls ! - Leisurely boat journey enjoying the views to the National Park. The stop to collect mussels is a nice touch. The fall’s themselves are just breathtaking & the walk up the falls & along the boardwalk is a pleasant wander through nature at its best. Expect crowds ! It’s a popular site for good reason.

Nice but overpriced - Stunning boat ride as part of entrance ticket. Boat ride about 30mins to the park. Park very beautiful with lovely waterfalls and forests. It does get very busy and the cafes in the park are overpriced so bring your own drinks and food if you can. You can't swim in the waterfalls anymore but it's still a lovely spot to visit. There is a beach on the river by the boat jetty and car park which was really lovely for swimming and is free. I did enjoy visiting the park and the boat ride was lovely, but it was very expensive at 120 euros for two adults and two kids plus car park.
