Tranquil - I ended up being the only one on this tour , but the guide Locks was amazing. Made me feel like a VIP - her knowledge of the area is very impressive. The views are worth every step through the park. From the falls to the Boma dinner, there is enough time to enjoy and you even get an hour to freshen up before the cruze.Definitely something I would recommend.

A memorable day - Locks was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. She was also kind enough to make some changes as I had already been on the river. It was a wonderful day and I felt like I had a friend showing me around her home town. She also coordinated my travel to the airport to include a stop at a local village. It was an eye opening experience.

Do this as your first experience at Victor Falls!! - Great experience. We booked on the Bantu website it was cheaper. Tour guide Locks was incredible. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable. She gives a great tour and also gives you space to take in all the sights. Doesn’t feel like she’s rushing through. She truly catered the experience to what worked best for us. This truly felt like an all in one experience. I would book this first before booking or doing anything else at Vic falls.

Israel was a perfect guide - We were on a two month trip and I booked this thinking it included seeing the falls from the Zambian side (which it didn't, I got it confused with another tour). Our tour was just my husband and I. While viewing the falls from the Zimbabwe side, I looked across the falls and saw people taking pictures hanging over the falls from Devil's Pool in Zambia. I asked our guide if I could do that and within two hours he had arranged a transfer across the border and a driver, entrance to the pool and dropped my husband at a hotel in Zambia to hang out while I went to Devil's pool. He even took me to the office to pay the fees for Devil's Pool. After I was done, he then picked us up at the border and proceeded with our tour, getting us to the river cruise on time! After a long day, we wanted to leave the Boma early, I thought by chance our driver might be waiting for us, and sure enough, he was there, ready to take us back to our hotel. Israel could not have been a better guide. Nothing was a problem, and he never made it seem like a big deal to earn a big tip. He just casually did his job well.

Locks was a great guide!... - Locks was a great guide! The Boma dinner was a great end to the tour and the guided tour of the falls added some good clarity.

Victoria Falls Excursion…. A Day To Remember! - My guide. It was only myself with her .She was knowledgeable and very helpful. When it began to rain she went back to the start and returned with a raincoat. I appreciated her patience as I took many photos. She waited for me as I pursued the works of a stone sculpture. I took the excursion on Wed., Nov 23rd. I would recommend this day to anyone. It had a good range of activities. I did not feel as if I missed anything in Victoria Falls. The dinner meal at the Boma was exceptional….vast quantities of food!

Beatiful nature, but guide should change attitude - The Victoria Falls and the Chobe River Cruise were beautiful. The guide who showed us the falls was a little disappointing however. Ectually she did not give any information about the falls at all. We saw other guides stopping at information boards giving explanation. Afterwards we had to read it all ourselves: interesting things about the tribes who lived there, rain dances they performed, why the fall is so well conserved and beautiful etc. The guide had a very commercial attitude. She did not give a lot of information and did not talk too much, but had a very nice time with the local shop keepers. She slowed down every time a local tried to sell something. She told us we had too much time for visiting the falls so she tried to sell different tours from the compony like a helicopter flight to do in the meantime or suggested tours for the next couple of days. The tour ended at a very expensive shop were maybe we could need something... That day we also had the problem we needed to contact the flight compony for our lost luggage. We just needed the phone number and asked her if she had an internet connection on her mobile so she could look it up for us. She had a better idea: Instead of looking it up on her mobile, let's buy a drink and use the wifi of the local restaurant form the people she knew very well... Of course we paid her a Coca Cola with ice. We had a lot of wonderful guides during ou stay in Africa, but i would not recommend this operator (the guide was the only thing from the operator, for the rest you just join different groups). The Vic Falls were beautiful, the Chobe river cruise was also very beautiful, and the meal in the evening was OK but not necessary (we were also tired at the end of the day so we did not stay to long for dinner).
