Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

The Victoria Harbour Airport terminal is situated in the Inner Harbour on Wharf Street steps from the downtown core, the Parliament Buildings and many of the city’s iconic hotels and attractions. Check-in for your tour is 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Great time - Was a great time! We loved seeing Victoria from above ! We loved watching the fish at the surface of the ocean, we saw the white cupola of the Victoria observatory and the buildings around

Don’t skip this opportunity (scenic excursion) - An absolutely wonderful way to see a beautiful part of the world. It wasn’t a bucket list item but having now done it, it always should have been! A great experience was made all-the-more memorable by a wonderful pilot, Rob, who added just the right amount of British humor to make everyone feel very comfortable! Thank you Harbour Air for a really memorable experience!

When the seaplane went so... - When the seaplane went so high up! The view was just “wow” what an amazing experience! What an incredibly beautiful City! Seaplane tour was very high if not number one on the list to do in Victoria!

Does what it says on the tin. Turn up with your passport at the check-in desk and wait to board its that easy - Superb views of Victoria with the flight also going over Butchart gardens. Cafe at the check in station and superb views over the bay

Wow - Excellent experience, we saw some fabulous sights. There is no commentary but that is understandable being as its quite noisy and the pilot is a bit busy! We'll worth it.

Nothing that you can't see from a regular airplane - not worth it! - I booked the more expensive VICTORIA EXTENDED PANORAMA tour (35 minutes) but within a half hour, we were already back at the dock. Plus, the pilot just flew around some areas of Victoria and we saw nothing of any note. There was no narration so we had no idea what we were looking at. Anyway, we just saw a whole lot of ocean, houses, a golf course or two and that's it. This experience is definitely not worth the exorbitant prices that they charge. Plus there was lot's of waiting around as the plane was late. The boarding process was also chaotic, with everyone just standing around and gunning onto the dock the minute boarding was announced. If you are a large party as we were, expect to be separated as others are not civil and just want to hog up a window seat.

Flight cancelled - trouble with refund from Trip Sdvisor - The Harbor Flight folks were fine - let us know the weather was rough and cancelled the flight. But I’m having trouble getting Trip Advisor to refund my money. I am NOT happy with their service.
