TRUELY A GLOBAL SITE - A very beautiful place, well-managed, very well-organized. One must visit the place. In addition to the statue of unity, one must visit the dam which is a very serene ride

A Day trip to world’s tallest statue - Statue of Unity. Trip was excellent. A well managed site and must be visited by all. We will visit again with our family group.

Terrible Experience - We were driven the 2 hour drive to see the statue only to discover it was closed when we got there. The operator then told us it was our fault as we should have bought tickets online and therefore known it would be closed. I had spoken to him in the morning and he said I could buy tickets when we got there. He then refused to give me a refund. We also did not see the dam and the water and snacks offered were not given.
The 25% refund from Viator is unacceptable. This operator should not be allowed to scam people like this. There were two groups (cars) of us that this happened to. My friend from the other car spoke to him on the phone, but he hung up on him. He wouldn’t answer my call and he won’t respond to any of my messages now.
DO NOT trust this company. So far Viator has not been helpful in assisting as I am only receiving automated responses.
Very dissatisfied customer.
