DONT MOSS OUT ON THIS! - This was one of thee best excursions I have ever had. We were able to climb and touch portions of the site. The guide did an excellent job of informing us of each structure and the role that each one played in the Mayan lifestyle. Showed amazing hospitality of what Mexico has to offer definitely don’t miss out

Viator: your advertisement needs... -
Viator: your advertisement needs updating urgently. The tour company that was contracted for this tour was great, however the Viator advertisement is misleading.

Viator's advertisement stated: Climb to the top of the Pyramid of the Soothsayer for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside - you cannot climb this particular temple at Uxmal. We did climb the stairs of a much smaller temple which was still wonderful, but it was not what I paid for, I wanted to climb the temple of the Soothsayer.

Viator's advertisement also stated: Explore a cacao farm - I soon discovered that there are no cacao farms in this part of the Yucatan so we could not go and see one. We did however see the cacao being prepared into the traditional drink at Chocostory and experience a traditional ceremony to Chaak - this was great. The tour operator did their best to satisfy our desires and was very knowledgeable and patient when we wanted to explore Uxmal.
