Historic palaces, hammams, mosques and madrassas (schools for the study of the Koran) are scattered throughout, many are richly decorated with tiles, carved stucco and marble columns.

As part of a full-day tour of Tunis that includes lunch and round-trip transport from your hotel. You will visit four sites: Medina, La Goulette, Carthage and Sidi BouSaid.
The best way to explore the city of Tunis in depth is with its old Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Then set off to discover La Goulette, this suburban district is renowned for the perpetual animation that reigns in its streets. Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant.
After visiting this district, you will also have the chance to visit the ancient city of Carthage which has ancient monuments offering a superb view of the surrounding coast. After visiting this UNESCO heritage archaeological site, you will continue to Sidi Bou Saïd, a picturesque village in blue and white which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.

Awesome - Beautiful stroll through the streets of Tunis! Very often they stop at the souk to buy their goods but after saying "no thank you"...the walk continues.
Sidi Bousaid is magnificent...
Special mention for our guide Imen who showed us his magnificent country with kindness and authenticity. THANKS

Falling in love step by step - Amar, our Italian-speaking guide, made us fall in love step by step with every single detail that the various cities and archaeological sites could offer.
Very nice, very knowledgeable and good company, we had a lot of fun discovering hidden corners away from everyone.
Very good and very filling lunch.

Tunis Carthage sidi bou a. - Our guide Omar exceeded all expectations: good, prepared, engaging. A tour that is really worth doing. Lunch in a place where you don't expect to eat made in Italy, but all Tunisian things. I also liked this more typical aspect.

Nice visit but deception in the services! - Magnificent excursion with a top guide! However, the description of the offer does not correspond to the promised services. Big negative points: the lunch. A miserable welcome, the restaurant owner threw away then took back the menu cards without explanation, not giving us the choice of food. Drinks and any change of dish (planned to be based on fish which does not suit everyone) were ultimately chargeable even though the excursion indicates meals included. Additionally, we did not receive any drinks during the entire day on the bus even though the tour also states that bottled water is included.
