- Lan Ha Bay - Departure: 8:00 am, End: 15:00 pm\n7.30-8.80: Pick up by car from your hotel to Ben Beo wharf (2km).\n8:30: get on boat and start the journey to visit Lan Ha Bay. Boat takes you through the fishing village, visiting hundreds of small islands with a variety of shapes such as candles, toads, seals.\n10:00. The boat stops in Dark-bright caves area, which is bordered by Lan Ha Bay and Halong Bay. Here you takes kayaks and rowing through the tunnel caves. kayaking through the dynamic areas you will come to a valley on the sea, surrounded by high mountains, scenery like in heaven.\n11:00: End of kayaking. You return to floating house to see a variety of sea fish such as: cobia, star fish, water fish … Enjoy the lunch, after lunch, the boat will move to the three peach beaches.\n\n- Lan Ha Bay - 12.00 to 13.00 pm boat stops at the three-peachs beaches for swimming, where there are many smooth golden sand beaches, a good experience is jumping from the top of the boat down the clear blue water\n13:30: move to Thap Nghieng Island. At the beach, you can swim under the clear blue water and white sand.\n15:00: Leave Cat Dua Island and take boat back to Ben Beo harbor.\n15:30: Car take you to Cat Ba town. Finish the journey and see you again

Lan Ha Bay is located in the east of Cat Ba Island, overlooking the Cua Van Gate, adjacent to Ha Long Bay. This is a very gulf-shaped bay with about 388 large islands creating a huge picture depicting the scene. The big and small islands in Lan Ha Bay are covered with green flora. Lan Ha Bay has 139 small wild beaches, lovely and desolate as the “blue straits” inviting tourists to explore. Many sandy beaches stretch between two rocky mountains, quiet with no big waves. Fun boat day trip - Fun day fill with snorkelling/swimming, kayaking and stunning views. The food was great and our guide TinTin made sure everything went smoothly. Well worth it for the price.

Fun and friendly - Had a fabulous tour with Joe and Tintin who kept us entertained and safe in all our activities. Many thanks also to the other staff for all their work and the lovely lunch. And the friendly passengers from all over the world. We've been running into some of them all day today :)

The best way to experience Ha Long Bay. - A great day made special by Joe and T, exceptional hosts. The mix of swims, kayaking and beaches, a leisurely cruise around amazing scenery, great food was a highlight of our trip to the north of Vietnam.

Perfect day trip - Really Great Tour!
Nice staff, Great guides, everyone was very friendly. The food for lunch was very good, the kayaking was fun (but exhausting) and we could even watch monkeys from the boat!
And there were fresh fruits in the afternoon.

must do in Cat Ba!! - This was such a fun day out! We are a group of backpackers and this was amazing value for money. We didn’t have the best weather and that didn’t take away from the experience at all. The boat was gorgeous, we got to jump off the top which was so fun, the food was great and our host Tintin was so chatty and enthusiastic, he really made the day :))

Much recommended - We loved the one day tour around Lan Ha and Halong bay. The guide T was amazing - funny and knowledgeable. We did a lot of fun activities, including swimming to the caves, kayaking and visiting monkey island. We had the best day, can't recommend it enough. Greetings from Lithuania 😊

Joe is a legend x - Efficient. Insightful. Fun. 100% recommend. From the prompt pickup to the delicious food and unreal activities, we had a fab day on the boat. Despite the grey clouds, Joe brightened up the day for the whole group. As two girls from Kensington, we were hesitant to get into the cold water, but Joe was our biggest hype man and got us in and boy was it worth it. No regrets. The kayaking was a highlight and Joe helped us when we got stuck in the cave with no qualms. T was also great and gave lots of interesting insight into the islands. Thanks so much to all involved!! Joe see you in secret garden hostel next time we’re on the island. #fromkensingtontohalongbay #suitableforvegetarians

Fantastische tour! - We had a fantastic day on the boat with Joe (the Irish guy) and T (the Vietnamese guy). They told us some fun background stories about the islands, and the other activities. Joe took us to some places where nobody else was going. Besides that they were super friendly and we were provided with good Vietnamese food. I rate it a 9/10, when it would’ve been sunny (it was cloudy) I would rate it a 10/10!!

Would do it again - Excellent trip. Our guide went out of his way and showed us little caves at the beach. The best was a tiny cave kayaking into a silent lagoon. Great day great food. Well organised.
