Tromso Fjords - At the beginning of the tour, your guide will analyze the weather forecasts in order to predict the best area for this outdoor activity.
We will then set off aboard our capable 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser for a scenic drive along the fjords and valleys on the surrounding islands near Tromsø.
Once there, depending on the weather and terrain conditions, you will be provided with the necessary equipment to go for a walk or a light hike in order to get to the most scenic locations, admire unforgettable views, get some great photos as souvenir and enjoy a warm lunch before heading back to Tromsø.

Travelling on a proficient 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser, we find our way to the most magnificent places the Tromsø region has to offer. Our exploration is decided based on the weather, taking us to the sandy shores and deep inlets of Kvaløya island or the diverse landscapes of the mainland.
After we veer away from established routes, we endeavour on a picturesque walk or a light hike (according to your preference and physical comfort), leading to pristine scenery, icy mountain lakes, and awe-inspiring vistas.
If the terrain is laden with snow or ice, you will be provided with the essential gear to enjoy this endeavour including ice cleats, snowshoes, trekking poles & thermal outfits as well as feet and hand warmers. You will also receive professional photographs from the tour, however, we encourage you to bring your own camera!
Relish in a warm soup for lunch, paired with cookies & hot beverages for dessert, served amidst the wilderness. Intriguing, isn’t it?
- This tour is not suitable for people with any injury, sickness, movement disability, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches. It is an active tour.

- You must advise us of any specific dietary requirements at time of booking as well as medical condition if needed.
- This tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Make sure you wear warm and water resistant clothes and have an extra layer with you and shoes/boots that are suitable for winter hiking and snow.
- If you are travelling with kids younger than 13 or shorter than 150 cm - 59 inches please let us know their age and height so we can provide you with the correct car booster seat.
