Niagara in November - It was a very good tour and I enjoyed every bits of it. Due to train delays I was late at the arrival point and although I notified the tour organiser, the did not see my message on time, our tour guide still decided to wait for me and I managed to participate at this amazing tour. I would really recommend this tour especially there is a lot included in the tour which was nice and the free time was enough to visit the neighborhood.

Well organised and the Falls are unforgettable. - The trip was well organise, with updates using email and GetYourGuide app. Pick up was on time and after two more pick ups, we went off into the Toronto traffic. Impressed that the driver was also our guide. He gave just enough information to be interesting and not one of those tours where they talk non stop. The best part of the tour was the boat trip to the falls - an unforgettable encounter with a force of nature so close up (and very wet). The Skylon (which was priced as an extra at CAD22 pp) is worth doing as it gives you a really good view of the river and how it all connects with falls . There was enough time at each stop to take pictures, sample food and wine. It was also good to have free time to explore Niagara away from the falls - very tacky. Like others, I think they need to find a way to put the tipping less in your face. They expect around CAD20-25

Smooth trip with good flexibility level - Everything was smooth. Exact information, all clear. Very happy with this trip. You will enjoy it in case you prefer to explore by your own. Driver will provide you the ride and enough information and options and you just make your day. Very good!

Very nice tour of Niagara Falls - This was a nice tour! Our driver/tourguide was knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas and kind to all of the guests. Our subway broke down on the way to the tourvan and the driver worked with us by phone to pick us up so that we didn't have to scramble on-foot through the city. It was a record-hot temperature and the AC on the van was not quite able to keep up so the ride was pretty warm, particularly in the rear of the vehicle. It was nice to have so much time at the falls to do whatever we chose and the boat ride was great! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone.

Niagra Niagra! - One of the most amazing adventures ever! Highly recommended. I would suggest standing in the lower level front of boat to prevent from getting drenched!

Driver was a little distracted - Tour was amazing, I would do it all over again. Only problem was the too fast drive back. The driver seemed distracted/tired.

Optional Boat Cruise is a must - Booked online in UK after reading good reviews on Tripadvisor. Wasn’t disappointed. Booked the $10 discounted tickets for designated pickup in downtown Toronto. This was a 7.55am pickup which turned up on time. Met by a very friendly driver who also provided sightseeing info enroute. There was also a second pickup before we left the city. Enroute to falls we stopped a few times to take photos, toilet and refreshment breaks. The wine tasting mentioned beforehand turned out to be buying a glass of ice wine for $11 each if you wished. Tickets issued by driver for those who purchased boat cruise before arrival. Would highly recommend this optional boat cruise. You even get to keep the waterproof poncho as a souvenir. In total we had around 3.5 hrs in Niagara which was more than enough time to do the tour and explore the town. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Journey back took about 2.15 hrs due to heavy traffic arriving at our destination at 5.15pm. Would recommend this company for reliability, comfortable minibus, friendly driver/guide and price competitive.

It was a great trip. The... - It was a great trip. The maple syrup tasting was good, however the place doesn't offer icewine tasting anymore. The falls were great, too!

Disappointing experience - We were disappointed in this tour. I specifically chose this particular tour because it stopped in Niagara-on-the-Lake and because the tour guide, Bernard, had such positive reviews. We did not have Bernard as our tour guide; instead, we had a gentleman who was very nice but extremely difficult to understand. We picked up maybe 1/4 of what he was saying over the microphone as he drove the tour bus. Also, our tour did NOT stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake; instead, it stopped at a cheesy tourist shop for way too long a period of time. We tasted maple syrup there, but otherwise it was a complete waste of time. When I questioned the tour guide about this, he said that the tour no longer stops in Niagara-on-the-Lake and had not since 2020. This is clearly not accurate because many more recent reviews--including this spring--mention stopping there. When I booked the tour a couple of months ago, Niagara-on-the-Lake was listed in the itinerary; I was never informed that the itinerary had changed. The best part of the tour, by far, was the boat ride.

Time wasted - don‘t do this tour! - Time wasted Tour. On the way to the Niagarafalls the driver is doing 2 really unnecessary stops (15 mins / 45 mins). There are no viewpoints or any thing else. They just have a connection to the Restaurants and want the visitors to buy there. Additional the driver spoke as an guide really unclear and very quiet. Additional the air condition was not working on the bus.
