My first safari - I'm writing the review while I'm still in the park. So far so good. Patrick, my guide and driver is very helpful and competent. Thanks to him I was able to see many animals up close including lions which are not easy to see in the park. For now excellent rating!

See wild animals in Mikumi park - Wonderful day in the nature with Patrick, an experienced driver / Safari Partners. We saw all the animals, sometimes very closely (lions resting in the trees). End of the day in the calm of the sunset.

Safari Mikumi National Park - Our safari-daytrip from morogoro to mikumi national park was a wonderful experience. We organized it pretty spontaneously on the day before, everything went smooth. Our guide (Patrick) was punctual, friendly, well spoken in english and considerate of our preferences. What we especially liked was, that Patrick approached the animals very gently. we never had the feeling that our precense put any stress on them, so we got very close and authentic impressions on their behaviour. Also he drove around the park in a gentle and slow way, not pacing to fast around the tracks and chose the route in a way that we usually were the only car at our stops. Mikumi itself did not feel touristy for us, a very nice park with a lot of good wildlife to see. We can not recommend it enough!

Fantastic 👍 - Fantastic day trip with super friendly and experienced guide that tracked animals by looking at footprints along the road. The land cruiser had lots of space and roof that could be opened for better view. Can 100 % recommend this company 👍😊

Must see in Tanzania! - We have been on 2 tours with Safaris Partners. Second trip (after Uluguru Mountain) was Mikumi National Park. It was amazing experience. Our guide Patrick did his best to show us as many animals as possible. He has a great knowledge about their habits and behavior and during the trip he made sure we have all we need. We could observe wildlife without hurrying, and could take our time in every spot as long as needed. Car was comfortable, and safe. We were provided with good quality binoculars. Edward also organized for us triple room for accomodation instead of 2 separate rooms, what was very important for us. Mikumi is really stunning place on Earth. One of our best experience in Tanzania!

Beautiful day trip - Amazing experience with Safari partners for our first ever Safari. We took off early in the morning from Morogoro and stayed in the park until late afternoon. It was hard to leave cause we were having such a great and relaxing time with our driver who was very cooperative and took us wherever we wanted to go while showing us all the best spots. We were lucky enough to see a leopard, lion and spend hours looking at zebra, elephants, giraffes and all the other animals. I would 100% recommend.

Full day, lots of animals - Perfect day trip for our group with kids of all ages. We saw all the things we hoped for and more. The guide was knowledgeable and efficient.

Punctual, patient, exceptional service - This review is for both an airport transfer (Dar-Morogoro) with Ndakie and a Mikumi one-day safari with Santiago, both with Safari Partners. In both cases, the service was exceptional. For the airport transfer, I actually asked for a ride from Morogoro to Dar so I could meet my friends coming in for the actual airport pickup. Ndakie arrived 30 minutes earlier than our appointment of 5:00am, just to make sure we wouldn't be late for an 830am pickup in Dar. When my friends' flight was delayed, he was very patient and understanding. He says he's never been late for a pickup - and I can believe him! For the Mikumi safari, we were guided by Santiago. His passion for finding animals was impressive, and he was very knowledgeable (and well connected to the other guides) about the days' sighting, best strategies, and angles for viewing animals. Finding a group of lions within the first hour or so was memorable! He gave us options for the rest of the day based on our priorities and also from his experience. I felt that we were in the best guiding hands the entire day. I would and will recommend Safari Partners without hesitation to any of my friends and family.

Day trip to Mikumi National Park and Airport transfers - We did a day trip to Mikumi and it was our first safari ever. The itinerary was perfect and good value. The guide, Santiago, knows the lay of the land in the park and all the animals very well. He is very conscientious of his passengers’ comfort and what experience we want. He is very knowledgeable and is very dedicated in finding the animals in the park. We had a wonderful time and Santiago was an excellent guide and driver! We also used their airport transfer services between Dar Es Salaam and Morogoro - Ndakie drove us both ways and he is very punctual and knows the routes very well. Very smooth transfer and friendly service all around. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Things I’d only previously seen on a screen: Mikumi Safari - Getting up out of our tent at 5.00 am seemed a bit extreme whilst on the holiday of a lifetime, based in Simbamwenni Lodge Morogoro (a lovely comfortable twin bedded tent, with its own toilet and shower en suite). Our Safari Guide, Santiago arrived promptly and off we drove at the agreed time of 5.30 am. Annie ( Simbamwenni Lodge) had provided us with a flask of hot water for tea/coffee and we later had breakfast in the park. The Safari exceeded all our expectations. It is hard to express how wonderful the experience was. We saw lions, cubs, elephants, giraffes. Hippos, crocodiles buffalo and a myriad of others. Santiago our driver/guide was the ultimate professional, ensuring we got the best possible experience. I’d totally recommend Simbamwenni and Safari Partners.
