The most beautiful memory - Everything was just perfectly organized, from the airport transfer. The national parks are beautiful, it was a life changing experience. We were also able to view the Big5. There are no words to describe what we saw. The fauna and flora are simply amazing. Our Guide was also very great, he did everything according to our request. There, and he waited as long as we wanted. Thank you very much for everything!

Jeep in poor conditions and customer care absolutely zero. - We planned a 8 days safari with Mack from KiliHolidays. This is not a positive review for 2 reasons: The jeep we had was simply not decent. We were told that there had been an accident the day before the tour, so we had an emergency vehicle. But for 8 days they were not able to change the vehicle. Nor anyone ever got in touch with us for this reason. Customer care absolutely zero. The jeep was old, noisy, simply not decent : we felt embarassed each time we crossed another vehicle, and yet I believe we paid just as much as anyone else did! It rained inside the vehicle, one morning the jeep would not start, I attach some pictures to show the vehicles conditions. Also really bad is that we were asked to pay 1890 USD additional one month before departure because there had been a miscalculation on my child age. Please note that we booked with 8 months in advance and with such advance all of our documents were in the hands of the tour operator. Obviously 30 days before departure it was too late to change the tour operator. I must say that our guide Julius was super nice and that all of our family loved him. Julius made a super effort to keep us happy in spite of the vehicle conditions. Apart from that we had a good time, the itinerary was well planned and all the lodges were fine.
