Ok tour do the morning - Good tour, just wished the guide went a little slower so we can take in the scenary. And we were out of shape so the hike was a bit rough for us. Also recommend you do the morning tour may not be as rushed since the park closed at 5.

Nice trip - This is a nice excursion if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Alexis tells a lot about nature and the origins of the forest and answers many questions. He is consciously working to help protect the forest. The hike itself is easy to do, even if you are not an experienced hiker. It is at least half uphill and we actually had to rock climb once. Alexis knows a detour if you can't or don't want to.
