Trail, queue and a beautiful photo - Rogério was our guide, fun and attentive, he kept schedules and throughout the journey he explained to us and answered questions regarding the places we were passing through. The trail itself is quiet (everyone goes at their own pace), it took longer to wait to take the famous photo on the rock than to get to it, but it's worth it... enjoy the landscape in the meantime! As an option, there is a professional photographer on site who charges per photo and directs us in the best poses, but the guide also helped us with this photo mission. The difference was after finishing the trail, the guide took us for lunch and to see Pontal beach! We made a great choice in choosing this agency!

Nightmare of an experience - Where do I start? We were told the night before, we will be picked an hour earlier at 6 am, and the tour guide didn't show up until 6:30. We were picked up in a cramped up car which was very uncomfortable. The tour guide and his English speaking companion kept on climbing without checking on us. On the climb down, they left us and we got lost as the path went two ways. We had to call him so that he could come back and get us. Finally, they left us on the beach because they had another guest who had paid for lunch. They gave us no inclination to drive us back. We were stranded and had to take an Uber back which was a 1 hour drive. If I could, I would give them zero stars. We had such amazing tour guides on our trip, these folks are not one of them.

Tour guides were over an hour late - Tour guides were over an hour late to pick us up. It didn’t look like either were dressed or ready for a hike. They then took us to a gas station before leaving for the trip. After that, we asked to be taken back to the hotel.
