Excellent experience - Great experience. It was my first time zip lining and I felt totally save. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and was safety minded at all times. I would definitely do this again.

Flying through the Rainforest - We accidentally booked the 3-hour hike through the rainforest instead of the tram, hike, zip line tour. The folks at Rainforest Adventure amended our reservation so we could do all three. Four in my party of six had never zip lined before and they weren't sure how they would respond being in the rainforest canopy. Without hesitation they were all ecstatic at the conclusion of our adventure. This three for one excursion I found to be a great mix of activities, and one we'll look to do again upon our return to St. Lucia.

Fantastic experience - highly recommend - Fantastic experience. We were on a cruise ship but arranged the tour privately. Transfer from the port was well organised. Organisation of the site on arrival was excellent - lots of staff - all well trained and friendly. The cable car ride was fascinating - as we were taken through each of the levels of the rainforest - humming birds were amazing. Short trek through the forest was straight-forward and interesting. Junior our guide was great - told us so much about the plants / wildlife as travelled on the cable car and on the trek. And the zip wires - loved them ! Never done it before but so well organised that just enjoyed every second. One of the highlights of our Caribbean cruise fortnight and highly recommend to anyone.

Fun adventure in a rainforest - Drive to location is an adventure in itself. Narrow winding roads take you up the mountain to the beautiful entrance. After gearing up and a short training session, it's off to the gondola for a scenic ride through the forest to your first zipline platform. After 8 ziplines you hike back through the rainforest for the gondola ride back to the entrance while getting more information about the plants and animals in the forest. your time ends with a complimentary beverage. Moderate physical activity and hiking uphill.

Great experience in St Lucia - Alex is a great guide. Our group included mostly adults plus my 13 year old daughter. Alex kept everyone interested and laughing throughout the tour and zip line. He is very knowledgeable about the trees, flowers and zip lines. At least he knows a lot more than me. The zip lines and people staffing them were also very friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great morning.

Best adventure for ages 12-90! - Being an older senior, I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to heights- I get dizzy. This was truly a triple treat. Beautiful gondola ride- fairly slow, uphill hike, not to steep and easy footing. Zip line was very tame. I was afraid of the fast examples I've seen on other videos, but the incline is fairly straight, so just your body weight determines most of the speed. Tour guides very entertaining and knowledgeable. Wonderful memories for families looking for something to do together!

1st time ziplining/amazing experience! - we had the pleasure of meeting damian st rose, our taxi driver who entertained us to and from our rainforest adventure! thank you damian!!! we met our tour leaders Terry and Jeffrey, who introduced us to the fundamentals of zip lining by demonstrating safety and techniques. they were very proffesional and made everything easy for us 1st timers. the aerial tram ride through the rainforest was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. we were especially impressed with the knowledge they both had of the flora and fauna around us. the hike through the forest was quite impressive as we made our way to the zip line stations. we had a great group of people with us which made it alot of fun. terry and jeffrey were very good at making all of us 1st timers feel safe and comfortable when heights and distance seemed challenging. we felt completely safe during our entire adventure. they both have a great sense of humor as well as an impressive knowledge of everything around us. we want to thank terry and jeffrey for making our first adventure to st lucia an amazing and truly unforgettable experience!!!

Best staff of all St Lucia - Customer service can be hit or miss in St Lucia but not here. Here it is simply fantastic. Alex is just the best employee I have ever seen around the world: he cracks jokes continuously without ever being inappropriate or invasive, he will make you laugh all the time. Taley was fantastic as well extremely knowledgeable of the trees and plants of the forest, very reassuring and happy. I'm scared of heights, my wife booked the zip lining, I've nodded and obeyed. Alex and Taley really helped me getting through the experience and made it enjoyable despite me being 30m from the ground all the time... Overall a great experience which I can't recommend enough.

Jacquot Trail Hike Disappointing - Our family of 6 adults went on the Jacquot Trail Hike. It was disappointing. The operator is geared to cruise ship visitors and, though our hike was booked for 9am and we were told to arrive at 8:45am, we had to wait until 10am for the cruise ship visitors to arrive (only instant coffee is available in the cafe!) The hike is quite uphill -- too steep for several of the other guests -- and is single track. Though the forest is attractive, you only hike up and down this path and there was no wildlife to be seen. There are numerous groups of 12 departing at the same time, so they depart right after each other, meaning that you hike at the pace of the slowest person as there is no ability to pass. Unless you are immediately behind the guide, they are difficult to hear. There is no great views along the way or at the top, but rather at the top there is only the concrete pad which is the turning spot of the gondola.

Nice hike but too much waiting - The hike was beautiful, guide was great, BUT beware that if you book through a hotel (as we did) you will be on a shuttle with people who are zip lining and you will have to wait for them to finish before you can leave. We waited over 2 hours. I expected a 3 hour trip door to door (as advertised in the flyers) but between the drive time and waiting for zip liners it took 7 hours. In retrospect we would not have gone if we had known the actual trip duration.
