Great day out - Fantastic tour with a great guide (Brett). Worked miracles to fit in a substitute tour following the after effects of cyclone Jasper. Train not running so added Hartleys Croc Tour instead. Thanks.

Great day in Karunda - We really enjoyed our tour with Brett today. This was a small tour of 18 and it really made the experience more personal. Brett was knowledgeable, funny, and kind and we made fast friends with our entire group. We were picked up from Yourkey’s Knob cruise ship terminal and Brett took care of everything. Highly recommend. If you are a cruise ship passenger, make sure to allow additional time for your tenders. We didn’t have a problem as we came over on one of the first tenders, but it still took longer than we thought. However, you shouldn’t hesitate to book, it’s great!

Good trip despite challenges! - Really great trip eventhough the scenic railway was closed due to earlier severe flood damage. In addition the area was experiencing power cuts intermittently during the day, affecting the sky train and the town of Kuranda. Tour guide was excellent, great knowledge and reacted very well to power outages ensuring safety of guests and amending schedule accordingly.

Chris was a great guide - Ran into weather which took out the rail but despite it all we had a great time. I would do it again.

Do this, you won't regret it. The rainforest looks incredible from skyrail - This was much better than I expected. We had an amazing time; the service was great, and the views from the Skyrail were beyond incredible. The waterfall was also nice but I understand we got lucky because it had a lot of water. Kuranda is a cute town. There is a Koala adventure that does not get advertised that well, it is way better than it looks. Make sure you go. I would do this tour again.

Fantastic trip - Absolutely brilliant company to go with. Chris our tour guide and his dog Bosun were the perfect hosts, very interesting facts that chris tells you about, he is a very knowledgeable man, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome, had plenty time in Kuranda village to look around, was a shame to train is closed due to landslides, but it didnt spoil the trip, palm cove is a beautiful area. Would use this company again if I ever come back to Australia

Rain and power outage changed our day - The sky rail had beautiful scenery! We were unable to do the the train ride because the washed out area from the heavy rains earlier. Unfortunately the power was out in Kuranda so hard to find food. I could have used more time in Kuranda because we had a hard time finding something to eat. I would have liked to shop more. Not the fault of the tour company.

Good tour.Paths need better signs for handicapped - Great tour. The falls were spectacular. The only problem, keeping me from giving a “Five Stars,” was that the return trail from the waterfall overlook, was not marked well for handicapped. They need better signs.
