At the end of the masterclass, you’ll receive a small gift from me (special olive oil from a local farm). I’ll also take photos of your cooking during the class and send them to you for lasting memories. All recipes and photos will be emailed to you. We can’t wait to cook with you!

- Please contact me at least 24 hours before the class to specify the type of paella you’d like to cook (Meat, Valenciana, Seafood, or Paella Mixta). Without information about ingredients, allergies, or food preferences, the class may be canceled.
- We’ll be cooking in an open-air space. While Catalonia doesn’t have many rainy days, it can happen. In such cases, we’ll offer you an alternative time/day or a full refund according to TripAdvisor rules.

We’ll dive into the rich history of this extraordinary dish, elucidating the selection and balancing of ingredients. You’ll also be guided through each step of the cooking process, complemented by a serving of local wine or Sangria. Our setting will be my spacious Cooking-studio, adorned with a large family table, a relaxing sofa area, BBQ, WC, and all necessary cooking amenities, all situated atop a 100 Sq m roof.
