Small overlay in Singapore, having 6 hours - We had a short overlay in Singapore with 6 hours. The decision to have Johns Singapore by night tour, was just perfect. We met John at 7pm at the happy Chinatown district. We walked through streets , markets, pedestrian areas where the citizens of Singapore take at night a short break. We had some food in an special market and continued our tour by having a short ride by underground to the Bay Area. At this place we watched a special moment what was thrilling. After that we went to the sand hotel , mall to finish there the tour after 3 hours. John was prepared with all things you might need during the tour. Mosquito spray, hand tissue, a blanket, water and so on. We were traveling as family with three teenagers, what complaint before and where amazed after the tour. John made it just great, to get an impression how Singapore is at night. We deeply suggest John and his tours , cause he just focused on that what was needed.

Nice evening tour with Grayson - Grayson’s tour was very good. Communication before the tour was excellent and the tour was well scheduled and interesting. Satay snack, provided with the tour was excellent and in sufficient quantity to feed a family of four. Overall, Paul is a very nice, polite person and is his tour is absolutely recommended.

Kenny is a WONDERFUL guide - Intelligent, informed with excellent communication skills, our "Magical Evening in Singapore: City Tour" was one just that. Kenny is a very intelligent man, well versed in the history and culture of Singapore. As we moved from one part of the city to the next, he was able to explain and answer all our questions about this fascinating "City State". It all culminated with the Gardens by the Bay, light show, truly a magical experience. Thank you Kenny for teaching us so much about Singapore and taking such good care of us.

Truly magical - Ronnie was a great guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about Singapore. We had a great time, would definitely recommend this tour. We have been to Singapore a few times (always staying in Chinatown) but we learned a lot really interesting things and went to New hawker centres.

Singapore at Night - Jack was a great guide. He was very flexible in the planning of the tour. We met him in Chinatown and had a good walk through the area. We were in one of the shops looking at black tea and Jack got my attention. He thought it might be a bit expensive. He said he would drop some off at our hotel in the morning. Jack was funny, I explained to him that my name was uncommon and I was surprised to see it at one of the stands written in Chinese. I told him we had bought one. He said, you tell me how many you want, I'll write it for you. We walked around the lesser known streets of Chinatown and headed toward the Central District of Singapore to BBQ Street. This is where all the Satay vendors line up with their foods. Jack picked out some good food for us to try. Then because of the Corona virus the original night show had been suspended. So we went to the Gardens by the Bay to see the light show of the Super Trees. Jack was an awesome guide and a new friend in Singapore

Great Tour - Highly Recommend (just be sure to nail down meeting spot) - My wife and I (middle-agers) brought her parents (early 80s) and young adult children to Singapore. We wanted to do a tour the first day to get a sense for the city and insider perspective on what we should do with our three-day stay. Thumbs up on this tour. Our guide was Raymond, and he was simply stellar -- energetic, knowledgeable, adaptable, earnest, and incredibly helpful. He took us threw ChinaTown and some of the nearby neighborhoods. He was able to speak Mandarin to my in-laws and English to the rest of the family. Highly recommend Raymond! Because my in-laws couldn't walk as far as the planned tour, Raymond changed things up and we ended up sitting at a hawker food stall place where Raymond helped us find good food. We sat and talked about the city and things to do during our vacation. Couple of important posts -- the information I received about the meeting spot said meet at Chinatown MRT station. Please ensure you get more detailed description in advance on where to meet. There are numerous entrance/exits to this station spread out over a large geographic area. We spent a very stressful 30-40 minutes trying to find our guide requiring multiple phone calls with tour company HQ (Netherlands). Do no make this mistake!! Also, this is NOT a food tour. Although we knew this in advance, we thought there would be more opportunity for sampling/eating so we were starved by the time we requested a change in the plan. So please eat in advance. Lastly, there is a lot of walking on the plan for this tour. I wish we had reached out in advance to see if we could modify the tour to have more breaks to sit and talk. My mistake, not the tour or guide. I'm sure they would have accommodate us. All in all, a very good tour and highly recommend. Especially Raymond!

Never did the tour due to representative not in the agreed meeting place cost £154.04 - We never made this tour as Kenny didn’t firstly send me his details the day before with his phone number Then instead of meeting at the top of the stairs outside Chinatown exit A as per our instructions He decided to wait outside a shop called Bee Cheng Hiang Which he sent a text to say he was there But that did not come through on my phone until I got back to our hotel Plus as I said he never sent me his phone number so I couldn’t ring him! We were where we were told to be !! I wasted 2 hours of our time getting across to Chinatown and back and never got our tour!! Therefore I would expect a full refund on this! We always book with Viator and this is the first time you have let us down but we were very disappointed.None of which was our fault I assume I will hear from you soon as we are now back in the uk Many thanks Charles Leeman booking no #938273438 booked for Sunday 15th of January 6.30pm

Don't waste your money or time... - Ronnie was nice and knowledgeable. He also interacted well with my kids. But the tour is not as advertised. - We did not get any Chinese snacks. - We did not get 3 Satay tastings (just a few sticks with the tiniest bits of charred chicken on them). - The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple was not visited at all... the guide pointed at it from across the street (you could just see the top of the building). - You could barely see or hear the light/water show at Marina Bay. We left before it was even over because it was that bad. Honestly, other than the street art and interesting history... the tour was a complete waste.
