Throughout the class, the home chef will share valuable tips from 3 traditional Siena cuisines. Take pleasure in applying your cooking expertise. Each participant will enjoy a dedicated workstation fully equipped with cooking tools and all the necessary ingredients to create the meals. Afterwards, indulge in your creations paired with a curated selection of local red and white wines.

- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Lovely evening cooking with Patrizia! - My husband and I had a lovely and fun evening cooking dinner with Patrizia! She was so kind and patient, and we learned a lot about authentic Italian cooking! We made our own pasta, which we have never even attempted (we are now going to try it at home!). It was simple ingredients, but everything was so delicious :)

Cooking class review - This was a great evening! Our host, Mrs. Barbara Rossi was wonderful. The preparation was a lot of fun and the resulting meal was excellent. What a great host! She even made a cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We highly recommend this event!!!!

Great cooking class! - Like visiting a friend and learning her recipes while helping with dinner. Great experience and instructor (Barbara). Pici, antipasti & wine were delish and I’m still enjoying my biscotti. Tip: Best if you have a car or group taxi since it’s a bit outside of the center, about $50 r/t.

Fantastic experience in Enza’s home - From the moment we were greeted by Enza we knew we were at the RIGHT place!!! Enza was so charming and welcoming. There were 6 of us and we all had a wonderful time. We learned while we enjoyed a delicious meal in her lovely home. This cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Would highly recommend Enza and the cooking experience.

Amazing Patrizia!! - Our visit with Patrizia in Siena was totally amazing!! What a wonderful and welcoming hostess and an outstanding chef. I wont give away her recipes but we were all very impressed at the innovative (yet simple) dishes we prepared and everything was delicious. It was hard to leave as we were having so much fun. I can't recommend the Cesarine experience and specifically Patrizia enough. I only hope we can do it again and am glad that we have a method to stay in contact to help us prepare the dishes at home.

Fun and food in Siena - This was a wonderful experience. It is a must do when visiting Siena. Meeting Patrizia and her translator Antonina was like meeting new friends. We shared laughter and cooking lessons as we learned about each other. We enjoyed our product together as we shared a meal and made friends. A highlight of the trip.

Memories that life forever - Barbara was welcoming, knowledgeable and dedicated to us. She explains everything in detail, with patiente and love. The setting of the kitchen and the table was great and very well organized. This is an experience you should not miss to get a touch of the real Italian cooking cuisine.
