What’s the Narrative?

Step into a universe of frantic movement, vibrant neon, and shadowy sidestreets. As dusk descends, the city’s core stirs, pulsating with the unending ebb and flow of people and vehicles enveloped in luminescent rivers of hues.

Our Photogenic Targets

Our focus will be on gathering the radiant trails of the bustling traffic juxtaposed with the neon signage and the expansive cityscape in our background. The fundamental use of tripods and manual operation of the camera will be covered. Guidance on aspects such as composition, framing, and timing will also be given. In addition, a night-time street photography session during the workshop will occur too, where quickly capturing sharp photos even under sparse light conditions will be addressed.

Exploring the Locale

Our journey will take us into the beating hearts of Shinjuku and Shibuya. Beginning from Shinjuku Station, moving towards Kabukicho, and coming to a stop at Omoideyokocho (Memory Lane). Then we’ll head by train to Shibuya, culminating our expedition at the renowned scramble crossing.
