Fun Evening on the River - The evening river Cruise was fabulous! So pretty at night! Our personal guide Queena was a delight and very knowledgeable of local history and its architecture — and her English was very good! The Thai Gallery was some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had and the perfect finish to our Shanghai adventure. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai!!

Good experience - I wanted to try the dinner boat ride and eat so I made a reservation and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great. The view at sunset is very romantic. And I got excited when the boat passed under the bridge.

A beautiful experience! - We were well taken care of the entire evening, from the pick-up at our apartment until we were brought back home several hours later. The cruise was spectacular and our guide Snow seemed to know all the buildings and told us stories as we looked out over the brightly lit buildings. We will visit the restaurant again and also do the tour on the river when guests are allowed to travel again.

KB’s bat mitzfa! - I would say the Thai restaurant was maybe the highlight. The food was fantastic! It was some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had.

Shanghai Birthday Trip 2019 - I could not think of a better way to celebrate my 40th with a group of my closest friends. Shanghai Night River Cruise did a superb job and had the best attention to detail. Wilson, our host, met us in the hotel lobby and escorted my group to a fabulous dinner (complete with entertainment). Since no one in our group spoke Chinese, he translated for us and gave us little known history of the area. He ended our night with a wonderful cruise along the Bund. Did I mention the VIP room on the boat?!? I HIGHLY recommend this company to take care of your every need. This was the most memorable birthday ever!!

Starry Night on Huangpu River - This was our third day in Shanghai, and it had been raining. We were worried about a rain washout for our river cruise. Luckily the weather held up for the trip. It was only when we got back to the hotel that it started raining again. We were pleasantly surprised by the arrangement. Previously, we had taken trips with more than 50 people who had to be picked up from different hotels. On this occasion, the trip was solely for our group of four persons. The evening began with a pickup from our Pudong hotel. We were taken to the pier where the guide Jane jumped on. She had gone to the pier to purchase the tickets beforehand in order to guarantee our seats. We were taken to a Thai restaurant. Jane asked us repeatedly whether we were okay with Thai food. Of course we were. Whereas our other trips often have mandated menus, we were free to order whatever we wanted. We rated the Thai restaurant was better than average as compared to the other Thai-food restaurants that we have been to in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc). After the meal, we were taken to the pier for the river cruise. Jane asked us to take a seat while she checked for boarding. When ready, she signalled us to go forward. Once we got on the cruise, Jane upgraded us to the VIP section in front of the boat so that we can have an unobstructed view. We have taken many river cruises before (in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York City, San Francisco, Paris, Miami, Vancouver, Sydney, etc) but nothing compares with Shanghai. This was a simple out-and-back route, hugging the shore to make sure that both Pudong and Puxi are viewed in close. Pudong featured the new skyscrapers while Puxi featured the old Pudong buildings, all lit up for the river cruises. We enjoy this trip tremendously. Thank you Jane!

Wonderful experience - Pamela was a knowledgeable and helpful guide. She was able to plan in such a way that we didn’t need to wait for Long to board the cruise. And she got us VIP seating, away from the crowds and with a superb view!

Berlin is the best - One of the highlights of the trip, Just glad we had our passports with us you need them to get on the River Cruise. Berlin did a great job on time, dinner was very good and got us right in to the VIP area on the cruise

Best tour in Shanghai - This really was the highlight of our trip. We were collected at our hotel by a delightful young woman whose name is Berlin, who is friendly, fun, knowledgeable and fabulous. Dinner was at a lovely Thai restaurant called Coconut Paradise and then we were whisked off to the cruise. This is a must. Lovely boat and we were in the VIP area which means that you have uninterrupted views of the lit up buildings from the water. Just beautiful. I highly recommend this cruise and hope that you're lucky enough to have Berlin as your guide.
