Memorable one day in Shanghai - This is a perfect option if you are only in Shanghai for a day! The guide was very friendly and knowledgable, she adjusted the tour to our needs and wishes. We flew back home with many memories of Shanghai!

Perfect guide, Perfect tour - Our guide Annie was very professional and knowledgeable. Despite our late flight we managed to do a complete tour of the city. we also tried the food recommended by the guide, the steamed dumplings were simply divine.

Great experience, 10/10 would recommend - I booked this tour for my 7 hr layover, which (after transit approval and with leaving some space to be back at the airport in time) only left about 2 hrs for the tour. I am still so happy I booked it and would recommend it to anyone to do the same! Annie met me in the city center and did her very best to show me as much as possible in the little time we had. On top she made sure I feel very welcome in conversation and also well fed with the best dumplings in town. Thank you!!! I would absolutely do it again :)

Best day ever! - The best, stress free, way to spend a day exploring Shanghai when you have a long layover at Shanghai Pudong (PVG) airport. Our guide, Sunny, arranged for super simple airport pick-up and drop-off so no worries about coordinating transport in or out of the city and potentially missing flights or trying to navigate on our own with jet lag! We were also able to enjoy carefree exploring without luggage due to the very reasonably priced baggage storage area in the airport. We started in Old Town - beautiful AND yummy! Moved on to the river to get a spectacular view and photos of the Bund. If Sunny wanted to, I’m sure she could make a living as a photographer! We are so grateful to have photos of our adventures with everyone included. A quick pit stop at the People’s Park to respectfully view the matchmaking corner before heading to the French concession for lunch. After lunch we went to the AP Plaza for some souvenirs from the worlds greatest knock off market. Fun to negotiate with the savvy shop keepers and leave with beautiful bounty. Then on to an authentic dinner followed by viewing the city lights from the opposite side of the river from earlier in the day. Hopped in the shuttle back to the airport in plenty of time to pack our gifts into luggage and arrive at check-in with time to spare! All logistics were smooth and professional. Sunny is a charming, knowledgeable guide and we’ll definitely recommend her to all of our friends!

Awesome people - I have had the lucky experience to see Shanghai with Lily and she was amazing. So helpful and we still keep in touch. Solo is the way to go!!!

Full day layover in Shanghai - The arrangements of the tour was super convenient, picking up us up from the airport and dropping us off after the tour. The tour guide was excellent. She took us to the places that we want to see. She also showed us other interesting off the beaten path streets and food vendors. She kept my 8 year old son stayed fully engaged throughout a day. We enjoyed it fully and highly recommend this awesome company!

Incredible Tour of Shanghai - Our layover tour of Shanghai was incredible, my daughter and I were picked up from the airport and driven an hour to the city to meet Lily who would be our tour guide for the day. Lily is young, educated, has perfect English and a delightful personality. We had two requests, one was to visit the Jewish Museum and the other to have Peking Duck for lunch, we left the rest of the plans to her. Lily had our driver take us to a beautiful garden and explained all of the symbolism and history to us, from there we went for a tea ceremony which is awesome and from there we headed to the Jewish Museum where Lily was very knowledgeable and was able to show us the museum and explain the history of it to us. She took us to an incredible restaurant for lunch where we had the most amazing Peking Duck! After lunch she brought us to another older section of Shanghai where we walked around with Lily explaining everything to us. It was a perfect day and you would be thrilled to have the experience that we did-I hope you do!

Great stopover tour in Shanghai! - We had a long layover in Shanghai and decided to try and do a tour while we were there. After reading all of the great reviews on TripAdvisor and Viator we ended up booking with Sunny. On the day of the tour we were so disappointed to find out that the Chinese officials would not give out transit Visas for the day and were going to make everyone stay in the airport for their layover. Thankfully I was in constant communication with Sunny vis WhatsApp as we stood in line at immigration. With her help we were able to secure our 24 hour tourist visa and exit the airport. All of the other people trying to leave were harshly turned away. We're lucky we did leave because we were able to meet Feifei and have an amazing day touring around Shanghai. We spent the day learning all about the history of the city, ate a lot of good food, tasted wonderful teas, heard personal accounts of life in China, and saw all of the main sights. Feifei spoke perfect English and was able to answer all of our questions about Shanghai and life in China in general. Our driver was curious, safe, and drove a new clean vehicle. We had no problem leaving our carry-on luggage in the car with him as we saw the sights. The mag lev train ride back to the airport was definitely the way to go! An hour long drive was accomplished in less than 10 minutes by train. If you have a layover in Shanghai you need to book with Sunny! It was a flawless experience all around (despite Chinese immigration--but Sunny helped with that!).
