Best day. - This was our favorite tour on our whole cruise. It was a beautiful sunny day and the water was fairly calm. We went all the way out the fjord to open water. The cave wasn't much but the rest of the trip included many birds, seals, cliffs, farms, and of course the boat was too cool. The guides had excellent knowledge of the area and were willing to share their stories.

Highlight of our trip to Iceland - DONT MISS THIS EXCURSION. Brother are great and true Vikings. Scenery was amazing, Don't believe any negative review this is the best

A Must Do Cruise Excursion - We had an amazing experience on the Wildlife, Scenery, and Cave Exploring tour. I felt this tour provided a more intimate and unique way to see Iceland. The brothers shared good information and gave insight into what it is really like to live in that area of Iceland. We went on a cruise to Seydisfjordur. The pickup point for the tour was on the small boat dock right near where our tender boat dropped us. It was very easy to find, so do not worry about getting transportation to the tour if you are getting there by cruiseship. I would love to go back during puffin season because it sounds like we could have seen loads of them.

This experience is not to be missed♡! - From booking to the trip, it was a very warm contact. We were even lucky enough to see the back of a minke whale several times, which we never dreamed would happen. It was a fantastic experience and is highly recommended. A big thank you ♡♡♡ Sylvia and Felix

Best way to experience the town - This tour was an outstanding experience. Two brothers took us on a small boat to see breathtaking and interesting landscapes. They told us amazing history of the towns we saw as well as excellent stories of their live growing up in the area which brought everything to life

Fun in the Fjord! - This was a fun excursion while our ship spent the day in Seydisfjordur. The brothers who act as the guides are very engaging and informative. Unlike the earlier group, we didn't see any whale, but we saw various bird species. We also saw seals sunning on rocks. The scenery is stunning, though our timing was such that we did not enter or go near any sea caves. Don't expect to get great photos of birds unless you own a good camera, as they are mostly in flight or too far away. It was still a fun couple of hours. They had plenty of suits of various sizes for passengers to use, and didn't go so fast that I got windburn. One thing that could be improved is communication. The information first received said to meet at Hafnargata 12. We had checked back just before our trip and were told to go directly to the boat (easy walk from the cruise ship). The other couple on our tour had walked to the address as they had not heard otherwise.

Horrible communication! Waste of Money - Let's see the title - Wildlife, saw jelly fish and birds. When other wildlife was seen on land, no pausing or mention was provided, just drove write on by. Scenery - beautiful and some interesting stories. Cave Exploring - we understand that the seas have a say in this, but we came up to a dent in the mountain, which they classified as a cave and was able to touch the outside of the cave. Seas were not favorable to go in any further, not that this was very deep in depth. Poor at best communication. Could not get a return email through Viator and/or the provider as to time to meet. Hours were mentioned of the whole day, whereas the tour was supposed to be two hours. Finally the night before, they gave us a time to meet at 9am, when the tender was unaccessible and we were not even scheduled to arrive until that time. Our trip of course was shortened and we covered the space that our ship just journeyed. Very disappointed!

Bad instructions to meet tour. No customer service. - The tour operator have wrong instructions of where to meet the tour and when they didn't show, we texted them 10 times and they never responded. We were there 45 minutes early and still missed the tour. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR OPERATOR. They do not seem to care if they ruin someone's vacation because they gave wrong information and did not make it right.
