Great experience with our tour guide Miki - This was our first family trip to Korea. It was 6 of us with grandparents. Miki was a great tour guide for the two days we had in Seoul. He was very attentive to our needs because our two boys (7 and 3 years old) needed to have fun and exciting things instead of the plain sightseeing. Miki had answers to whatever questions and requests we had. Our flight arrived very early before anything was opened. So Miki added another stop to the itinerary and took us to the an observation point where we could see the entire Seoul and the sunrise. We asked Miki about changing the itinerary so we could find more activities for kids instead of visiting the traditional village. He took us to different places at Insadong and the kids had so much fun. Miki was great with our boys especially the 3 year old. He even held him for us when the little boy was too tired to walk! He was a great tour guide and also a great photographer. In addition to helping us take pictures for us, he even took out his own SLR camera and started taking pictures to journal our visit. And he uploaded all the pictures to Google Drive for us before we asked him. We really enjoyed our time in Seoul. Thanks to Miki for giving us a great experience. We were very glad that we booked with Exciting Korea. Next time if we are planning to go skiing in Korea, we would definitely ask for Mik (heard that he is also a ski instructor, perfect for our kids!)

Non committed local tour operator! - Booked with package via Viator and we specified to meet at our Hotel. The tour operator did not get in touch to confirm a meetup time, so we tried calling the tour operator and there is no answer. We paid in full for the One Day tour but did not get to do it as they never contacted us. Now we are trying to get the refund sorted out and we have yet to hear from the local tour operator.
