A Once In A Lifetime Experience - Katt our female guide was GREAT!.Somehow she managed to coax this claustrophobic guy down the ice cave.I can't thank her enough. The machine itself is way cool.What a once in a lifetime experience , especially being on an actual GLACIER!

Perfection! - I loved learning about how this is a family business. It was very professional and even more friendly. Our guides were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stories and Icelandic music on the way to the glacier. And the cave did not disappoint. We were really impressed that the cave was discovered by the guides vs being a commercial experience. It helped us understand the true nature of what we were experiencing. The communication prior to the trip (emails) was also very helpful - everything went exactly as expected. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mark it as Must do during your voyage in Iceland - I got red truck tour, and it was wonderful. The day was sunny, and photos are stunning. The truck looks like in sci-fi movies, big giant monster. Windows are panoramic what allows to watch all around the glacier. I also liked the glacier cave experience. It is something must do when visit Iceland. Cave was deep with dark ice inside. I liked the tour, many thanks to Sleipnir team for this experience!

Amazing experience - This was an absolutely fantastic trip. We booked to go to the golden circle first and then met the Monster Truck in the afternoon at Gullfoss. The company were the most professional and organised of all the trips we went on during our stay in Iceland. We got regular email updates. It was such an amazing experience to ride on a glacier in the incredible monster truck. The guide and driver were excellent. We were very lucky with the weather and had beautiful blue skies. The ice cave was also a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this!

A failure - It should be a combined tour Golden Circle + Ice Cave + Monster Truck to the Glacier, but once I came to the meeting point (BSI bus terminal in Reykjavik) indicated in the e-mail from their partner, there was nobody picking us up. Calling the phone numbers indicated in the ticket was resultless, the auto reply was “We are working since 9 a.m., before that time for urgent questions call our partner’s number. I called that number and heard “Sorry, it’s a ticket of a different company, I don’t know why you are not picked up; maybe you should be in a different bus terminal, but I can’t help it”. At 9 a.m. they picked up the phone and were very sorry that their partner didn’t update information about changes in meeting point: the pick up had been already gone, they promised to refund the tour. They really refunded. But the same day I get from them automatically sent certificate about a great tour of that day, as if I joined it. It was painful: they broke my trip, I couldn’t do it next day because of the flight back. On another day I get an automatic e-mail from them with compliments for my great company they had in that tour which actually didn’t happen. Leaving so many things behind control looks too risky for me. I am thankful they refunded the missed tour, but I am terribly upset that I spent the expensive trip to the wonderful Iceland without getting the unforgettable experience which I desired to get - and afterwards these e-mails with congratulations are weird and unwanted
