Spanning approximately 50 kilometers, the primary ridge of the Vlădeasa massif features the impressive Vf. Vlădeasa, standing tall at 1836 meters. This summit ranks as the third-highest point in the Apuseni Mountains. Embark on a memorable journey, commencing at 8 o’clock in the morning with a convenient pickup from your Cluj-Napoca accommodation. Our adventure spans 80 kilometers, leading us to the quaint Rogojel Village. Before our hike kicks off, we’ll take a brief pause at the Sequoia tree. Here, amidst authentic wooden houses, the enduring traditions of Romanian culture are on display. The trek commences from Rogojel village, a 2-hour hike guiding us to the Vladeasa Chalet, where a delightful Romanian picnic awaits. Following the break, our exploration continues with a 2-hour ascent to Vladeasa Peak.
