Bijambare Nature Park, a protected natural reserve often called the ‘conserved scenery of Bijambare’, rests 40 km to the northeast of Sarajevo. Established to harbour this area’s picturesque view, it functions as an ecological education site, scientific research domain, and serves for tourism and relaxation purposes. This safeguarded locale spans over 497 ha and situates itself 950 meters above sea level. The site boasts robust evergreen woodlands that are replete with distinctive attributes such as sinkholes, chasms, and caves - these features serve as the prime allure of the park.
