We start with a 2-hour road trip filled with breathtaking views to reach Los Cacaos, where we’ll enjoy a Dominican breakfast.
Next, we embark on our journey to El Tabernáculo. This 3-hour adventure includes hiking, swimming, climbing, and more. It’s packed with adrenaline and excitement. Swimming is mandatory, but life vests are provided, so you don’t need to know how to swim. The route is considered medium difficulty and is quite strenuous. While it’s not easy, it’s definitely doable. You must be injury-free, but you don’t need to be an athlete.
After the hike, we’ll change clothes (there are no restrooms, so we use the vehicle and nature) and head back to town for a Dominican lunch.
We’ll return to Santo Domingo around 4 PM, happy and fulfilled.
