Excellent Tour - We went to Farellones in September, where Damian and Mauricio were excellent guides. Not only did they talk about the journey, but it was also a rich tour of Chilean culture. It was an incredible experience, far beyond just taking us to Farellones Park.

Perfect snow introduction - This was my first experience with real snow, and it was unforgettable. Much of it was thanks to our guide, Luciano, and driver, Mario. They were extremely kind and attentive. The road to the park includes 40 very steep curves, which might make some people feel sick. During our tour, a little girl felt uneasy and Luciano and Mario were perfect: they looked for a safe place to make a stop, attended to the little girl's family, and only when everything was OK, they summarized the road. Luciano gave clear instructions about the park attractions, and food facilities and was reachable throughout the entire time. Mario was a careful driver, both going up and down the mountain. They also left us closer to our hotel than the original endpoint and gave us clear instructions to return. The park is organized, ideal for kids of all ages, and perfect if you have no experience with snow sports, but want to learn. Restrooms were clean, and there was room for people who wanted to rest. There are food trucks all along the park and even my husband, who needs a gluten-free meal could find something to eat. There are attractions for everyone, excellent infrastructure, and a gorgeous place. The only thing I would change is the loud music in the main attraction area. It is unnecessary, and prevents you from listening to the sounds of nature (but that's my personal opinion). Will definitely be back!
