Saw so much, great day w Javier - We were met promptly at the pier and Javier was terrific. We went by car to 3 viewpoints including the lighthouse, the Huatulco sign, and a look down on the marina and our ship. Loved the town, especially the church w painted ceiling. Javier pointed out many things we would have missed. We stopped first for mezcal tasting, very informative shopkeeper there gave the 4 of us a great lesson and experience w mezcals, mikes, and coffee. Our Princess medallion worked for purchases there - lots of lovely souvenirs. The textile museum had beautiful items, a family coop. Farther down the street we visited a shop with several looms, young men all working with cotton cotton fiber. A gorgeous shop had magnificent Alebrijes, and across the street a small family shop had young boy learning the craft and so engaging. We took time for a drink (I had mezcal margarita, yummy) and then returned to the port area. Great day. Alebrijes

2nd time around! - Our guide Fermin was awesome! He was friendly & informative with sharing all stops on the tour. We had opportunities for picture taking, local shopping, & street food tasting! The mezcal tasting was also impressive with a variety of flavors for people who may desire different tastes. The Artisan museum/shop is beautiful & the staff were super nice . Also, did not feel pressured to purchase items. This was our 2nd time doing this tour & it was just as great as the first time. Also, Fermin recommended some local food stops, so we returned for some excellent eats!

Great city tour and better guide - Took the private city tour tonight with Alberto and it was wonderful. We told Alberto that we were interested in local foods and he took us to a great place to get authentic food to take back to the hotel. We never felt rushed and if we weewnt interested in something, we just did an alternative. We will definitely be contacting Alberto for our trips next time we are here.
