Embark on a full-day guided hike to the peak of Cerro Colorado, a dormant volcano situated in Argentina’s Neuquen province, and marvel at its spectacular views. Commencing with a hotel pick up from San Martin de los Andes, a seasoned guide leads you through a modest ascent up this 5,833-foot (1,778-meter) mountain, familiarizing you with local flora and geological features along the way. Upon reaching the top, you are presented with some of the most stunning vistas of the locale. This intimate small-group trip is limited to only 12 participants to ensure a hands-on experience.

  • Minimum age is 12 years
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • It is recommended that you bring sunblock and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
  • During the winter months (June through September), it is recommended that you wear warm clothes, waterproof boots and snow gloves.
