Get ready to be a local. If you enjoy Island vibes, visiting local spots or just like taking pictures in random places, then this tour is for you.
Learn about our history. We usually start with a city tour of Old San Juan, where you’ll see castles and forts built by Spain in the 1500s to fight pirates or enemies that wanted to invade. We stop by all the main sites.
Next we’ll cruise down the beautiful coastlines and stop at some beaches, all beautiful in their own way. We will not stop at any of the beaches long enough to go swimming.
Next, feel our energy. Art is very important on this island. This is why we take you through a town covered with art, where local artists showcase their talent with beautiful murals.
Lastly, taste the traditional fritters in Loiza like Alcapurrias, Bacalaitos, Empanadillas, and more. You may even taste our local beer like medalla, magna, or ocean lab. Loiza is a town with a bit more of African Culture. I’m excited to meet you - see you soon!

Everyone who visits Puerto Rico should take this tour! - Stephanie was the best guide we’ve ever had on a tour. She was approachable, engaging and knew so much about the history of Old San Juan, LoÃza and Santurce. She also shared personal insights throughout the day that added to the very positive experience. The 1/2 day excursion fit so much in and was a perfect way to start our trip. The history Stephanie shared helped to frame our entire trip to Puerto Rico and was deeply important to learn. The tour was a wonderful combination of time in the air conditioned van, time to learn more hands on in each community and time for photos. We had our 14 y/o and her best friend with us and they loved the experience as well. Everyone who visits Puerto Rico should take this tour, and it’s especially amazing if you get to do so with Stephanie.

Yes, Take This Tour - This was an amazing tour. Daniel was incredibly informative and an all around great tour guide. He also made sure to support local vendors at each stop which added a level of authenticity we weren’t sure we would have on a tour of/in our motherland. We learned a lot and had a lot of what we thought we knew validated. Super recommended, 10 stars. Will tour again.

Worth it! - Great guide (Danny), super knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. Well worth the money. Learned a lot about history and had some fun too, tried some snacks too. And the beach is beautiful.

The Boricua Experience! - Our tour guide Stephanie was AWESOME! She referred to us as "Family" the entire tour. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the rich history and culture of Puerto Rico. The tour took us through Old San Juan, the art district in Santruce, and Loiza, where we indulged in Bacalaitos and complimentary Alcapurrias! When it ended I felt like a real "Boricua!"

Awesome Culture Tour - Our guide Danny was awesome! We enjoyed the tour and learning about different areas of San Juan. Truly enjoyed the street art in Santurce and learning of Bumba in Loiza. Enjoyed it was a smaller group to allow for interaction and he could answer all questions.

Historic San Juan - Stephanie was an outstanding guide. Very knowledgeable of San Juan history. We visited several different neighborhoods, enjoyed lunch at a typical San Juan outdoor grill and tasted a special holiday beverage that Stephanie brought along. This tour is a great intro to the city.
