- Cave of Poetry - We will explore the treasures of the Adriatic Coast by Kayak and Canoe: Roca Vecchia, the Archaeological Marine Area and the Grotta della Poesia. We will set sail from the small beach of Lido Playa Pequena, we will paddle between hidden coves and sea caves, we will explore the Zolfara Inlet, where resurgences of fresh sulphurous water and we will take a regenerating thermal bath. We will explore the magnificent Bay of Portulignu. We will explore the Zingaro cave and the N’Focaciucci beach, where we will swim and snorkel. We will explore the marine archaeological area, the ancient port and circumnavigate the coastal tower of Roca Vecchia. We will paddle in the bay of poetry where we will explore wonderful sea caves, such as the Grotta del Tesoro, the Grotte Gemelle, the Grotta della Tartaruga. We will explore the wonderful Grotta della Poesia, considered one of the most beautiful natural pools in the world. We will go swimming and snorkelling in this magical place, exploring the natural tunnels dug into the rock and the cave which houses very ancient prehistoric graffiti. From here we will return to Roca Vecchia and disembark on the Lido Playa Pequena beach at the starting point where this splendid excursion in kyak and canoe will end.

Embarking from the Lido beach via kayaks and canoes, we will investigate the enchanting Zolfara Inlet, unveiling sea grottos and fresh sulphurous water springs where we will take a rejuvenating thermal bath. Our journey continues to the stunning Bay of Portulignu, with its concealed tunnel and secretive treasure beach. We will venture into the Zingaro cave and N’Focaciuci beach, immersing ourselves in swimming and snorkelling activities. A trip around the maritime archaeological location, the historical harbour and Roca Vecchia’s coastal tower follows. We will navigate through Roca Bay, uncovering splendid sea caves and the renowned Grotta della Poesia, reputed as one of the most exquisite natural pools globally. Our adventure includes swimming and snorkelling in this captivating location, investigating natural rock tunnels and a cave adorned with ancient prehistoric graffiti. Lastly, we will traverse the coastline and its abundant sea caves, paddling through tucked-away coves and natural inlets.
- Maximum Number of Participants: 10/12 people with 1 Guide and 1 Companion. Required: good health, knowing how to swim, good confidence with the sea. Families with children and teenagers: yes with children aged 6 and over. Children aged 6 to 12 can find a place in a triple canoe in the middle of their parents, in a central non-paddling position.
