Beautiful experience!! - Super experience!!! Professionalism and passion first of all. We had a wonderful trek and a kayak excursion accompanied by Francesco. Highly recommended!!

3 hours full of events - It was an unforgettable 3 hours kayaking through beautiful caves that you can't reach by land. Thanks to our guide who took us to these wonderful places We got pictures for free😍

Beautiful tour but unprofessional - The coastline and caves were beautiful but the experience was unprofessional. Not enough dry bags, not enough waterproof phone holders, no snorkeling equipment provided, and the tour was mostly in Italian although we paid for an English tour. The tour guide accidentally left one of the groups behind, and also brought us into a cave that we weren't allowed to go into, where we were shouted at by people working there. Also we didn't get to see Grotta della Poesia because kayaks are banned there, which is misleading since the photo shows kayaks in this cave. Would have been happy if it was maybe €30, but we paid double that.

Terrible Experience - Lack of Professionalism and Respect - I had a terrible experience with NaturallySalento. I had booked a kayak excursion on August 27th, but this did not happen. First of all, the organizer notified us of the cancellation of the outing only 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We were already at the meeting place, ready to start, but no one showed up. This behavior demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. More than 20 days have passed since that day, and I still have not received the promised refund for the canceled release and they also seem uninterested in resolving the issue in a timely manner. I therefore advise anyone to avoid booking.

Impossible refunds - TO AVOID - Kayak excursion booked for 4 people for August 17th. On the appointed day, too much wind prevented us from going out. Unfortunately we were not even notified in time of the cancellation by the organizers so that, after 1 and a half hours by car to reach the place, having waited for the departure time of the tour and still not seeing anyone, we finally called to find out that everything had been canceled 2 hours earlier. Wanting to accept the justification of the IT anomaly which would have prevented us from notifying us in time, on the same day they informed us that they would proceed with the refund. A few weeks pass. Not receiving anything, we asked via email, whatsapp and telephone but continued to receive reassuring replies that the refunds had been correctly processed and that it was necessary to wait for the technical deadlines, given that several excursions had been cancelled. Today, one month later, the refund has not yet been received and they can no longer be reached by any means available. Definitely bad experience and terrible service. To be avoided.

Scam, scam - AVOID IT! Appointment at 2.30pm At 2.00 pm we receive the "reminder" email At 2.20pm we are there at the meeting point, enchanting sea, blue sky, not even a breath of wind... but there is no one... 2.45pm, no one, no one answers the phone, only one reply message on WhatsApp automatic. The manager of the lido calls the guide who, with a thousand excuses, says that he left because he didn't have any tour scheduled, furthermore the weather was prohibitive (?!?!) At 3.07pm I receive a WhatsApp message where he doesn't even apologize but says that the tour has been canceled due to bad weather (I don't know where the guy lives, fantastic day). Only through Paypal do I get a refund. Bottom line, I drove 1h30 to get there, 30 minutes to park, 1h waiting there and 1h30 to get home. All with 2 small children and a lost Saturday. The manager of the beach told me that it happens every day

Do not try it. Horrible!! - 20 min after the reserved time WE called Naturalmente Salento and they told us the tour will not be organized due to a "system" failure. We had the impression the guy was not really worried about that ... so we guess there were no customers enough so they decided not to do it, and invent an excuse.

No show - no refund - terrible customer service - DO NOT USE - Extremely poor customer service - they did not show up for our kayak trip and did not answer their emails/phone/Whatsapp messages/Instagram messages. The only response we got from them was 10 days after the date of the kayaking trip saying that they cancelled it for bad weather. Surely, you would answer one of your many forms of communication to tell your paying customers that they kayak trip isn't happening today rather than let them drive for an hour and wait around for an hour for nobody to show up! To make things worse, they have not provided a refund and they are ignoring all of my messages. Avoid at all costs!! I'm sure they will send their generic response that they always doe about us not understanding the weather or that we were in the wrong place. This is complete rubbish and they are just making excuses for being a poorly run company with terrible customer service. Just look at the amount of reviews, complaining about no shows!

No show - Nobody showed up. Me and my wife waited for 45 minutes and then left. No message or call received so hoping we will get our refund.

Most probably will be postponed - Postponed several times due to "bad weather". Especially in the morning the wind is quite okay with rougher moments from the second half of the afternoon. Still don't know exactly why this activity has been postponed several times. One time the activity has been cancelled an hour before starting.
