Highlights
- St. Catherine’s Monastery - Sun Pyramids tours representative will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh at 10:30 pm by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to be transferred to St. Catherine, it takes about 3 hours driving.
- Mount Sinai - You will start your journey by climbing Moses Mountain at 2:00 am and the descent will be at 7:00 am. You will be able to witness the sunset from the top of Moses Mountain. Then, continue your visit to St. Catherine Monastery which is considered one of the most famous monasteries in the world. It was dedicated to one of Alexander’s rulers, Saint Catherine who was tortured to death for the sake of her new faith. Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.

Trip to St. Catherine - Me and my family took a trip to St. Catnerine Monastery. We started early in the morning from Cairo with a driver and a guide. The guys were very friendly, english speaking and knowledgeable. They also offered us some home made sandwiches as we didn't had the chance to take breakfast at the hotel, which was really nice and we thank them for that. Our van was very comfortable, air conditioned and clean. Overall, we had a great time and there is nothing negative i can think about the experience. I would highly recommend Sun Pyramid Tours to any traveller who is looking for a safe trip, easy communication and a lot of historical information.
