Our Social impact organisation, distinguished with numerous accolades, embodies a history of aiding ethnic minority communities via empowering, conscientious travel experiences. It’s with pride that we reflect on our position in the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame, commendation earned through over half a decade of being the leading tour operator in our area. What we aim for is to offer cultural immersion to those visiting Sapa, while also exercising environmental responsibility, nurturing our tour guide team, and supporting the native communities we cooperate with. At ETHOS, it’s in our essence to constantly uplift our operation and service levels via introspective assessment, innovation and creative thinking. Beyond tours, our community leadership members conduct constant workshops raising awareness and preventing human trafficking. Our tour guides also shoulder crucial roles in various community initiatives, covering the spectrum from education and health to hygiene and sanitation. We’re currently providing support to 49 families across 19 villages in four provinces and executing 26 ongoing developmental projects.
