Wonderful tasting experience. - Had an amazing time on our wine tasting. We chose three different tastings. Things were a little different to what we had seen on line but our server mixed it up to suit us. The young lady doing the tasting was very knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable. Well worth the visit.

Changed my view of Australian wines - A pleasant surprise. A very friendly and knowledgable guide. Designated driver also looked after very well and treated as part of the visiting group rather than as an also-ran. Comprehensive information given about each of the wines tasted and all questions answered. Now believe that many in the UK, including me until now, underrate Australian wines. Definitely Worth Doing. - What an outstanding experience. Definitely the best wine tasting experience we have had. Louise began with walking us through the different grape vines & allowed us to taste some remaining grapes before going inside to start tasting & comparing the selected wines. She was an excellent host, sharing information without being overly technical & answering our questions. The setting was perfect too, looking out over the vines. It was an excellent start to our Barossa Valley weekend.

SO GLAD We Visited Jacob's Creek...! - Shannon and his amazing team at Jacob's Creek provided our group of four adults with a very warm, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable wine tasting experience when we made Jacob's Creek our first stop in the Barossa Valley after having arrived in Adelaide a couple hours earlier on the Great Southern Rail Journey from Brisbane on the morning of Australia Day. My wife's & my "house wine" (our "go-to" everyday-drinking wine, is the Jacob's Creek 1847 Range Chardonnay, and when we let Shannon know this, the service became even warmer and more personal). The venue itself is very sleek and modern, something which wouldn't be out of place in the Napa Valley or Santa Barbara wine regions of California. It features a Wine Café from where you can book the Picnic Experience, and enjoy food and wine outside on the beautifully maintained grounds, amongst the vines at Jacob's Creek. Thanks to Shannon and his team for having made the four of us feel as welcome and special as you did...!!
