A Magical Night - This tour was perfect! The entire experience was so much more than I could have expected. Spending the night out in the quiet Arctic night, speeding over a frozen lake on a snowmobile, watching the northern lights dance across the sky, cooking hot dogs over a fire in a teepee was all unforgettable. And our guide felt like he was the best friend that we just hadn't met before this moment. This filled my heart with the memory of this time experiencing Finland.

Wonderful night trip to see northern lights - Had a wonderful experience on this trip. The guide was friendly, considerate, and helpful, especially with snowmobiling safety. We got lucky to catch the lights even though it was cloudy. The only downside was my passenger bounced around on the back of machine, as the trails are very rough. However, we believe this was due to the machine's suspension not being set up correctly, and the guide said they would take care of it before sending it back out. The provided gear was warm enough, but we had multiple layers underneath. The campfire and small BBQ were a nice touch. Would recommend.

Highly recommended! - Highly recommended. Was a very fun activity. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the trail and helped us pickup how to drive the snowmobiles very quickly.

Amazing - An amazing experience I personally didn't drive the snow mobile because my glasses froze over but sat on the back. Was great fun, amazing guide we had a few incidents which made it a bit more exciting my sister ended up hitting something and landing in a ditch, my hubby's one broke down but the guide Emil was very patient and actually enjoyed having to deal with our issues. By the end of the night we finally saw the lights and went over our time and got back to our hotel just before 2am. I would highly recommend the experience, Emil also made sure we let him know if cold and provided ways to warm up.

Worth your money - Our tour guy was really nice. There wasn’t enough snow on the ground to use the snowmobile all the way. So, he gave us the option to get a refund or get the experience by going around for a little bit and then use the other motors. So we decided to go with him. We didn’t see any northern lights because it was cloudy but we still had a great time.

Great spot, incredible lights sighting - We went to a great spot to see the lights and had a fun time riding the snowmobile. We were actually out for closer to 6 hours in total and were kindly dropped back to our accommodation after. Would have appreciated some more explanations of what to expect from the guide. We never found out his name and weren't informed we would be in the van for 45-60 minutes or so before we got to the spot we would ride the snowmobiles. Luckily we took our own gloves and layers to put on dor the ride and after or we would have been very cold. The stop off in the hut with the fire, hot drinks and snacks was very welcomed and timed well while there were less visible lights to see.

We had a good time - It is a nice long drive through the arctic tundra. It was cold but the gear provided it good to help fight the cold. The stop for snacks was lots of fun, tasty, and good to warm up. Did not see the northern lights but a beautiful star filled sky was a great substitute.

Snowmobile safari was lot... - Snowmobile safari was lot of fun, but at times the trip felt a bit unorganised. We felt like there were a lot of waiting for unnecessary smoke brakes for guides. We wished the communication with the guides were a bit better so we had understood the situations clearer, example the moment on the ice. Even not seeing the aurora borealis the over all experience was good, we did enjoy our time when we were on the move. Thank you

Safari is now bad, but the customer experience is not good - Actually this is a short Safari near the santa claus village. The snowmobile is quite cool, with two experienced coaches who will guide you how to ride the mobile. However, the overall arrangement is not too smooth that the welcoming staff is not familiar with what he should do. And we wait for an hour to take the van to the snowmobile location.

Avoid!! - This trip was a disaster. The company Lapland Welcome were completely disorganised from the start of our tour. We arrived on time and was given clothes to get changed into, after getting dressed we were left in a room for an hour with no communication about what was happening. After 1 hour we finally got in a vehicle and set off on the drive, the driver didn’t know where he was going and took multiple wrong turns. After eventually finding the snowmobiles we all left the van and walked towards the snowmobiles. By this time it was 2200 and out of 7 snowmobiles, 3 wouldn’t start and the 4 snowmobiles that did start had faults and wouldn’t move. We spent over an hour stood in a cold field with no information from the guide about what was happening. Eventually it was decided that some people would have to share one snowmobile. After riding the snowmobile for 5 minutes the guides snowmobile just stopped working, apparently the battery died. After another 20 minutes stood around, the guide asked us to help him push the snowmobile to one side so that we could get the other snowmobiles past. Once again this meant that more people had to share one snowmobile. Overall we only had 30 minutes on the snowmobile and the rest was spent hanging around in the cold with no information. The tour was due to be 2000-0000, however due to all the delays we finally got back around 2am. Our guide (A chap from Peru, didn’t catch his name) promised us we would be able to get a partial refund for the inconvenience, but the company are now refusing this. Avoid at all costs.
