Superb value and excellent quality day tour - A thoroughly professional and friendly client focused experience. Our small group (2 couples) were totally delighted. We particularly appreciated the pre-tour check in and the efforts to make our short time in the area full of experiences, sights and excitement. Maurizio is an experienced and knowledgeable guide who was happy to share his knowledge with us and helped Taylor make an excellent day out. Great value for money and booking direct worked well for us. Highly, highly recommend this day tour.

An Excellent Excursion - First of all let me say they my husband and I booked 3 different tours through Viator while abroad and they run a well organized operation. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Maurizio Mancini of Tuscany Taste Tour as our driver and guide in Livorno, and he was excellent. Customized everything to ensure that our tour was optimized in every way. We saw sights in Pisa we weren’t even aware of, as well as the Leaning Tower before the crowds got there. Mauricio also got us out to Porto Venere, a charming village that we had heard about and he recommended. Despite recent bad weather he also was able to get us a couple of the villages in Cinque Terre. Mauricio was well informed, articulate and very enjoyable. His van was spotless with the best WiFi we had on our entire trip! I would book Viator and Tuscany Taste Tours again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them to others!

Awesome experience! - Cinque Terre is a must see for anyone going to Italy. Certainly one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of the country. It's rather difficult to get there but our guide Maurizio gave us all of the insider information and got us nicely situated. I would highly recommend this tour.

He is very friendly and informative. He gave us all the sightseeing info about Tuscany while driving to Cinque Terre. The van is comfortable for 5 of us, it can fit in 8 persons. It was a very sunny and beautiful day for us. Carlos gave us options to reach to the 5 villages in Cinque Terre. We chosen the ferry ride. The scenes are very beautiful. We wish to have more time visiting all 5 villages, unfortunately, we don't have time. We only visited 3 villages, Riomaggiore, Vernazza and Monterosso. I heard from my friend, Maranola is the best but we didn't stop at the village. Will have visit Cinque Terre again in the future. We highly recommended this tour.

Our guide, Carlos, drove us to the sites, as we did not want to take the ferry in the rain. He was very informative and friendly. Nice ride, although the roads were a bit curvy. Yikes. He also took us to Pisa. Very worthy of the money spent and made for a wonderful vacation.

Was really just a transfer - We had a great tour to Cinque Terre! Sadly we paid a lot of money for this excursion thinking we would have a guided tour. While we had a very lovely driver who chatted to us a bit, we didn’t feel like we got the “tour” we had expected for the money we paid and as suggested. We did this tour because we thought it would be better than our cruise excursion as it included Pisa. Do the cruise excursion and hop in a cab to Pisa which is 20mins away, you’ll learn everything about Cinque Terre with a guide and get the fun pics at Pisa We managed to visit 2 of the 5 villages due to rough seas, which we couldn’t have predicted.

Driver unprofessional - This is not a tour. A driver takes you to Pisa and then drops you off at the first town in Cinque Terre and you pay for your own ticket, which is fine. There is no way to visit all 5 towns, maybe three. The issue arose for me when I was on the ferry and the name of the town was not announced. There is a stop on the sheet they don’t go to so I missed a stop. I was only able to see two towns; which is okay they were both beautiful, I made the most of it. I mentioned my issue to the driver and attempted to give him my map as a kind suggestion so this doesn’t happen to any future customers. He became very unprofessional and irate; all but called me stupid because I missed the stop. I would not recommend booking with this company. The driver had no sense of customer service; he yelled at me and behaved in a way that I should’ve known it the ferry didn’t stop there. The driver did not provide sufficient information to trail off on your own. Even at the meeting spot he informed us to meet past the tunnel; he did not say it was a 10 to 15 minute walk past the tunnel to the parking lot. Half of the group was waiting by the tunnel which when he was a 15 minute walk past the tunnel in the parking lot. We were 20-30 minutes late leaving which is unnerving going back to a cruise ship. I would go to Cinque Terre only in the future..NEVER with this company! Unless you’re a mind reader and can hear the thoughts in the driver’s mind that he doesn’t share with customers. For the vendor: I booked this tour using a different email address. I went on September 6, 2018. I don’t remember the driver’s name. I wish I did but I was in shock; having a shouting match with a driver was not my best experience.
