Super Relaxing Excursion! - Wonderful 7 steps adventure. Go in the coke plunge even if you are really hot as it cools and prepares you for the other steps. So relaxing, yet invigorating. You skin will feel so good!! You do not need a towel or water shoes. Bus transfer was easy and convenient. Be prepared for expensive drinks (or drink water). Highly recommend.

worh the money - expensive but worth it. There is a bus to bring you to and from and they have a restaurant and bar. The water is really warm and please do the deluxe package it is worth it... JUST do not hurry through the sauna and steam room enjoy it we did we added more lotions and went several times into the sauna.

Relaxing - Loved the sky lagoon with 7 step ritual very relaxing lovely clean place just very pricey staff at the tills were helpful and friendly but other staff just didn't seem bothered

Outstanding - The most beautiful place on earth, great to just sit back and relax with a drink, Lots of unreal scenery to take pictures. 7 step ritual was definitely worth the price aswell.

Incredible Experience - Is the Blue Lagoon or the Sky Lagoon better?? We enjoyed the Blue Lagoon so much we needed to find out for ourselves if the Sky Lagoon was better. We enjoyed the panoramic ocean views from the Sky Lagoon and participated in the 7-Step ritual: enjoying the warm water of the Lagoon, Cold Plunge [recommending u skip this, it’s brutal], Sauna, Cold Mist, Sky Scrub, Steam Room, Shower then back to the Lagoon to enjoy our cocktails. They both were incredible experiences!!

It was terrific - It was sublime....very fun and a wonderful location. The seven step ritual is a must do in Reykjavik.

Issue with the transfer - I have booked some tours with them. They have incredible experiences. Unfortunately, In my last experience, I had a discomfort with a transfer I booked. I called for help at the moment to be sure I was at the right place but they were not able to help/guide me, hence I had to pay for a taxi to get to my destination, after waiting 40 mins for the transfer. So, not nice having to wait for so long apart from having to pay twice for the transfer.

Hard to get there - Sooooo disappointed. Had to run all over port to find a bus and I was told that the only buses were for NCL excursions so I had to pay a cab $20 to drive me to the bus terminal. Lagoon day weather was horrible which also da.pened literally this trip. Sky Lagoon? Good. But don't plan on wearing flip flops as we were told NO shoes. Looking forward to getting in a shower as I still feel greasy despite using their shampoo to shower as they do not provide body soap.

Was overcharged !!! - We were ripped off. Cost was a lot more booking with Viator than booking direct with Lagoon and despite no end of messages and email would not refund the difference as per price promise.
